We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandThere is nothing in this hotel I didn't like. There is not much going on in Konolfingen. But the hotel is well located for hiking/biking in Emmental or for a visit of Bern or Thun.
Excellent breakfast. Very nice interior, I especially liked the library. Nice yard. I also enjoyed the wellness area. The gym is small but has high quality Technogym equipment.

United KingdomThe hotel arrival is not as what they show you on the website photos - on arrival it appears that you are at some conference hotel - the old part is view from the garden but I would not say that it is a 'castle'! The restaurant is large but a bit sterile - food was okay The location - not much around here at all so you are compelled to eat at the hotel - only stay here if you're passing through - not a destination experience I am afraid - think it is a bit overpriced.
