Nothing really - our room was quite small which was a little tricky for 5 days but we made it work and really, no complaints.

Absolutely gorgeous property in the middle of Interlaken. Super comfy bed, lovely shower, great shared kitchen to prepare meals and a lovely bar just downstairs. A great stay

Noise insulation could be improved a bit. Could hear other guests walking, talking and the sound of the bathroom being used until past midnight. A note to guests as well to be considerate to others not making noise, especially after 22.00.

The washroom basin was difficult to use as it was small and mainly the shelf kept coming in the way. If trying to splash water on the face. The online check in using the web based app wasn’t working but luckily we had the house keeping lady there to help us check in using the downstairs tablet and physical keycards to avoid any late night problems getting into the property. The kitchen did smell most of the times and could put off some people who are sensitive to smells.

The location is very convenient. It’s close to the Interlaken West station and has got a range of nice cafes, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. For the four of us as a family, it was a nice cosy room with enough space for luggage and to sleep comfortable beds. The kitchen downstairs has got all the essentials to make light meals and to store food in the fridge if needed. It was quite warm therefore the fans were provided. The coffee vouchers were a nice welcome touch. Thank you.

A suggestion would be for more comfort to have a small sofa to sit on with a coffee table probably don't need 2 dining tables with chairs and the outside terrace location to have some form of lighting to sit out and enjoy.

Location, friendliness and helpfulness of staff when trying to check in. The room was quaint and spotless.ww really enjoyed our stay!

Ideally privacy curtains or frosted window film to the bathroom window in addition to the sheer curtain. The door downstairs as you pick up the stairs to apartment would be good to have it open with the same key card too.

Nice location. Four minutes walk to Interlaken West station and in a more quiet and less touristic hub of Interlaken.

Online check in didnt work. Had to call the number. Cramped room, no elevator, randomly placed furniture/pipes that you run into. The extension cord in the room was also broken so number of outlets was reduced

Ideal location, right in the heart of the old town, only 10 min walk to train station and 5 mins to main shopping street. Although the room was quite compact, it was more than adequate for our needs and was very clean and comfortable for our stay. The property had also messaged a number of times before our stay to make sure we were aware of the character of the building which was also very thoughtful.

This location was the best. The rooms were just as described. It was a small hotel but very charming.

The check in was a bit confusing, but manageable, and the bathroom was absolutely tiny. It worked for us but there was no shelving or storage near the bathroom/sink for setting up which might make it hard to settle in for a longer visit.

The bed and room itself were wonderful. The kitchen was also great!

The kitchen equipment is not very updated - rice cooker doesn't work. Pots and pans are scratched and sticks. Check in location/rooms not really properly marked out so had to look around for a bit.

The room is very spacious and large. Kitchen is usable with microwave and stove. Location is close to a bus stop for convenience to the train station or trails around town. View is great from the room.

There wasn’t a lot of space to put our luggage or room to hold our toiletries in the bathroom.

I liked the ease of check in and the location of the hotel. The free coffee was a nice touch but didn’t have time to use unfortunately.

Fully self service. No front desk, it was fine once I managed to get in and encode my keycard, but not the most intuitive. Not sure what would have done if had had any issues.

Difficult to find entrance. App-based door system didn't work every time. There were no hooks in the tiny bathroom to hang anything.

Great location. Nice to have 2 sleeping areas. Complimentary coffee next door.
