The only issue that I had was that the room wasn't made. I think that for questions, it's better to have human interaction not to go chasing the people at the bar downstairs.

The installations are great, and the room is really spacious and comfortable. The check-in is all self-made there is no human interaction, unless you go down to the bar.

I stayed for 2 nights but one came in to do the bedroom … The jacuzzi bathtub is cool but very noisy The bedrooms are above a cool hangout / bar and earplugs are available in the bathroom - that says it all! If you’re a light sleeper, give it a miss!

I found it difficult to sleep with the sound of the club until late, in spite of staying on the top floor and using the earplugs offered.

An error between the hotel and Booking left us without the reserved balcony, really a petty since rooms have nice sunset views. But we were generously compensated, so quite ok after all. There is an ok breakfast in the bar but only from 8 so a bit tight to match the lift opening at 8:45 :)

The hotel is digital without reception but there is very nice staff and manager in the bar downstairs. Location is the middle of everything in Verbier. Bagage room with shower if you ski on the departure day.

I stayed in Room #1 and people regularly passed by the bedroom and bathroom windows. With no net curtains or other screen, people could (and did) look right into the room as they passed. So I had to keep the curtains drawn almost fully, day and night. The bathroom window had opaque film fitted to the bottom half but the bathroom itself was also overlooked by a balcony and a few windows. It didn't feel private in any way, and definitely took from my enjoyment of the room. The shower is just too small, and there isn't enough storage space for one person, let alone two. These are all easily-fixed - net curtains on both windows; 4 or 5 wall-mounted hooks (double-hooks even better). The shower? Could only be fixed by replacing it but if you resolve the other issues I guess that the shower would matter less. The room was very noisy on a few nights - generally until 2a.m. - from music from No 8 Bar or more likely from Farenheit. The 'thoughtfully provided' foam earplugs in the bathroom were the first indication that I had that noise might be an issue. Like all noise, I got used to it, but I think we should have been fore-warned as a courtesy (and also to reduce the scope for complaints) - Verbier is a busy, lively ski resort and night-noise is hardly surprising ..... but let your guests know that some night noise is to be expected (as part of the price you pay for such a central location)

The location is perfect, central to everything. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed and covers were comfortable and warm. There's a strong self-service element ... we checked in and out without once meeting anybody (done at a terminal on arrival and departure). Invisible staff serviced the room every day, to a very high standard! There's a great bar (No 8) at street level and I'd highly recommend it for coffee, tapas, or great Guinness in a warm, welcoming, friendly environment. Coco (aka 'Corinne') gave superb, fast and friendly service... she's a great asset to the bar.

The computerised Check In / Check Out system didn’t work and was frustrating. Also the WIFI cuts in and out a lot. Music from various venues was loud but finished early. Weekends might be a different story.

Comfortable beds, clean and close to everything. The cleaner, Alda, is exceptional and extremely helpful and fun to chat to. Good sized bedroom and bathroom. Room 8. Others are smaller though. Great ski drying room.

The room is very small and is located above a karaoke bar. The first night (Monday night) the music was extremely loud until 2am and it was very difficult to sleep. Tuesday and Wednesday night, the music was moderate and it wasn’t an issue.

The hotel is super central, walking distance from most restaurants in Verbier, 50 meters from parkings and supermarket and 300 meters from the ski lift. The room is clean, modern and has a nice design.

Our room was located right above the Bar, therefore there was no way of even thinking about sleeping until after 2 in the morning, since the music was so loud that you thought you where directly inside the bar. Also it smelled like smoke all the time in the room, because everybody was smoking outside the bar all day and all the smell of the smoke came directly into our room, even when the windows where closed!

Nothing, this was the worst experience with a Hotel in Verbier I have ever had and we will never stay there again. It is also a self check-in and no information about verbier or anything in the room to get some information.

There was absolutely no communication , as it was very self service . This led to problems for instance when we were given the wrong passcode to enter and check in, and there was no one available to help. We had to get help from the bar staff below. The room was very basic , we had 1 pillow each and it took several days for us to be able to arrange for an additional pillow . It was very noisy but that’s to be expected as a bed and bar. The shower was very small and leaky, and variable temperatures . There was inadequate hanging space for wet ski kit - would’ve been helpful to have had some hooks on the walls. There was also very dull lighting so it was hard to do makeup etc. Other guests smoking either in their rooms or immediately outside our room so it often smelled of smoke.

Location was perfect , very easy to get to the ski lifts and nearby bars and restaurants . Bar below was good !

How long have you got? I couldn't get in for an hour - and no one answered a phone or email! There was a queue of people in the end waiting to get in. I have the conversation between myself and the "manager" Jean Marc via the useless chat-bot thing. And then, when I did get in and told him I wasn't happy - he told me to leave! And he said he'd refund me - but of course he hasn't. AVOID THIS HOTEL.

Absolutely nothing. The owner Jean Marc is rude and has no customer service capability whatsoever. Laughable. Go and stay at the Hotel de Verbier instead - 4 billion times better and only £10 per night more, plus you get a good breakfast with it. Great hotel, would definitely stay there again and would recommend anyone to do so. I travel a lot - particularly visiting Switzerland with work so I know my hotels.

It is located over a very loud bar and the bar service was totally lax. When I inquired about the techno blasting music the bartender said you should read the fine print. I went back to my booking and there was NO FINE PRINT. Sadly she could have been kind! No food in the bar either
