The property is not so far from the interlaken west station, and convenience to go to shopping with cheaper shopping mall.

There is no reception. So you have to call the priority or send WhatsApp message. But I called him without respond. I waited there for 20mins. And on the check-out day , a woman entered my tiny room without knocking at 9.20 in the morning ( maybe I didn’t closed the door with lock, it may be my mistake?) and she reminded me to check-out at 10.00 o’clock. It looked that She was really in a hurry to clean the room.

1. no toiletries - there was body wash in the shower but nothing else and there was no hand soap in the bathroom. 2. Beds were hard as a rock so sleep was not great. 3. No curtains in the kitchen windows so people can see straight in. 4. It took two days to get a response from the host before I arrived. 5. The refrigerator kept freezing all our groceries. We adjusted the setting to make it less cold but it kept happening. It spoiled a lot of our food

The location was really great. The host ended up offering us a bigger apartment which was nice.

Cleanliness and repair of property really needs improving. No communication once checked in so we could not ask questions or fix issues.

Cleanliness is only 1* n bathroom quite smelly due to no window no e haust fan. Utensils n cookeare need deep cleaning. Property Address on booking.com is not the same as actual location, hv to txt to get actual location n instruction how to get in. No one will meet you on location. Landlord is friendly.

The staff were very unresponsive, did not hear from them on the day on check-in and beyond and did not recieve entitled interlaken travellers pass. The whole building and room smelt like mouse faeces. Floors were sticky. Bathroom sink plug was broken. Bathroom was a hazard. Steps were a hazard. Spiders everywhere.

The staff wasn't responsive on the day I checked in. Had to gave the hotel several calls and even had rejected calls from them.

The oven was so dirty it was absolutely unusable. The layer of burned fat was multiple centimetres thick. Sometimes you heard the sound of either mouses or cokroaches running inside the walls but this did not bother me personally since they were not in the room itself. Refrigerator made annoying sounds from time to time. I have never seen the staff. The front door was just open and after contacting the owner on WhatsApp I got a code which gave access to a locker which contained my room key. For me this was no problem, but I had to help other guests who did not know how to get in or know how to use WhatsApp. To get check-in instructions you will have to actively contact the owner, you will not recieve it automatically.

The bed was big. The location was very close to a train station and a Lidl. WiFi connection was good.

At night, when the lights are turned off, you will hear many mice running on the beam and squeaking. We were so scared that we didn't fall asleep until 2 a.m.

It provides complete kitchen utensils that can be used for cooking.

The room size is very very small. You might be disappointed 😞 The wifi sucked. We had to go to the balcony area to access wifi. Complained to the owner but they couldn't do anything about it.

The location is undoubtedly excellent. Walking distance to Interlaken West.

The venta doesn't work in the bathroom, the light doesn't work in the room, the oven doesn't work, it only works from below, the parking lot is very narrow, the boss of the house answers whenever he wants, always busy

It was old-fashioned and the door lock from the restroom was broken. But again, it was fairly cheap knowing it is in Switzerland so I didn’t put my expectations high.

The property is within few yards away from Interlaken West train station and several groceries and restaurants. We didn’t have any problems moving from one town to another. If you plan to stay all throughout the day inside the apartment (which I suppose you won’t) then this place is not for you. But since I came with friends who only needs a place to stay the night, bathe and cook some breakfast, then this place was perfect for us. It has all the things that we need and the location was superb.

First, I didn't like that there is no light in the entrance and stairs, also in one of the rooms. Second, there are molds in the ceiling of the bathroom. There is no exhaust inside.

I like that it is very near to a lot of establishments.

I wouldnt say it was dirty like other reviews say. It was just a little outdated but liveable.

It was a nice value and a very good location. They answered promptly, you just need to text the number on whatsapp.

There are squirrels or mice in the drywall. Luckily they don't go into the apartment but they may interrupt your sleep as the scratch. If you have a phobia this won't be the place for you.

Location is good, apartment well equipped. Close to Interlaken West station and 30 mins walk from Interlaken Ost station. Near a Lidl and you can cook in the apartment on the stove or oven.

Management was absolutely hopeless. He never received any phone calls, not only that 1st day night, suddenly electricity was out of order & after several calls to the owner was not responsed & 2nd day evening he called.

The room was like a store room. The room has a smell and the floor looks like dirty. It’s difficult to find anyone while check in. Had to wait for 15 minutes outside then a lady showed up.

The property was cheap in comparison to other places of Switzerland. They were kind enough to keep our luggage after check out for free.
