Need to get a van to the Lift but that is by courtesy vans. Noisy on street side bedrooms in the morning. One lift in the Hotel so long waits some times.

Great restaurant called Frenchies with fabulous food and service. Nice cocktail Bar. Small Spa but well equipped and run with good massage. Very helpful Reception with booking and suggestions.

It is a bit noisy at night - this is the price you pay for being in the heart of Verbier so not specifically a criticism of the hotel.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they genuinely want you to have the best time. This is not always the case even in the most expensive hotels, but they really were exceptional

We booked the top suite. Location is great, very central. Staff was super nice and friendly, and provided tons of help for Verbier in Summer. Felt like we visited a friend's place. Sauna and steam room are a plus and well maintained. We had a jaccuzzy on our balcony which was fantastic, clean, in working order, simply great. We also used the voiturier so no stress parking the car. The breakfast was excellent and the service very friendly and helpful. We loved this place. We will return for sure.

The team working there, led by Caroline, was extraordinarily accommodating, professional and pleasant. They genuinely care about their guests and made our experience an excellent one. The spa is one of the best I’ve been to. Melanie is incredibly talented whether giving facials or massage. She tailors it to your needs. Outstanding team. We will definitely be back.

The breakfast service was confused. Get cereal from buffet, and then have to go to the bar for the milk. Served tea, but no milk provided. Served bread but no butter provided.

The room can be stuffy in the summer because there is no ventilation or air conditioning. We slept with the door to the balcony opened all night. Luckily no mosquitos because of the high altitude!

Central location for both summer and winter with fantastic view of the mountains. Delicious and complete breakfast including a full hot meal cooked to order. Room was spotless and well maintained and filled with amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful, thank you! Parking for 25 CHF per day was convenient, do reserve early. We loved our stay and will be back!

Restaurant could have been open later, no restaurant dinner on a Saturday night at 20:30 and had to get room service, there were no warm options available

Great location, really friendly and accommodating staff, very clean. Really quiet despite being right near the finish line of the trail running events that particular weekend, couldn’t hear the music or announcer at all.

Not cheap. The rooms and facilities are extremely good, but you certainly pay for it. The hotel restaurant could benefit from a slightly more varied menu. I wasn't a massive fan of the name, although maybe if they explained the meaning behind the name, I could change my mind.

Experimental Chalet has great facilities. The concierge deserves particular praise; they were consistently friendly, helpful and professional throughout our stay. There is a complementary private shuttle service which runs from the hotel to transport guests to the ski lifts when needed (thanks to the drivers Remi & Dylan :D). The rooms were comfortable, modern and spotlessly clean. There was a slightly retro feel to the decoration - I can't quite describe it. Maybe that's the eponymous 'experimental' part. Overall, the room was a very pleasant place to be

The spa was pretty poor, there was a plastic hot tub in indoors terrace that you had to book in advance to get a spot for 30 minutes and I was not impressed about the food at their restaurant Frenchie…

The staff was very friendly especially Martina- great concierge booking all our restaurants, Milena, Sara, Julien, Lia and all drivers driving us back and forth before and after ski that made everything so easy…

Hotel is perfect I can’t wish for better Great everything Small things to adjust: The checkout was complex, few mistakes in the bill for me and my friends (we had 4 rooms), which was sorted but had to invest time and to have a long discussion before it was sorted. We've really enjoyed our staying at the Experimental chalet! Everything was perfect, starting from the girls at the reception, the driver and the restaurant team. Everybody was very welcoming and diligent, always striving to offer the best experience. We have also loved the Spa and had the chance to be completely alone for 1h straight! Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were great Ps we've had an excellent white wine doux but we forgot the name.. Could you help? :)
