The hotel is very close to the bus station, just 3 minutes' walk. Taking a bus or boat, you can reach the Interlaken city center in 15 minutes. The bus and boat were always on time. The bus and boat were free when you stayed at the hotel in Interlaken. The property was really clean. Everything was really clean. Very quiet. The room is in good size with a deck. Beautiful yard and lake view! The hotel staff was very nice. Wi-Fi worked well. The breakfast was fantastic!! We love it!

The low side was there was a small kettle which we had to borrow from the reception. Boiled water was enough to fill 2 small cups. I had to make frequent trips to the bathroom. The pillow and bed was soft - our head and body not supported as it should.

It was easy to get to the hotel. After the main train station, we took a bus to reach the hotel in about 15 min. Breakfast exceeded our expectations. There was a good spread and it was topped up regularly. Room was as described in the website. It was clean and even if we were to stay for a longer period, we would be satisfied.

The property is situated right on the lake with beautiful views of lake and mountain. The bus stand is just a min walk from the hotel and it’s just a short bus ride away from the Interlaken west and OST stations.

The room was good sized with a nice balcony. Everything was very clean and it was comfortable. The well maintained property is on the lake with beautiful views. Breakfast was delicious with many options. The staff were friendly, courteous and very attentive. We spent four nights and were sad to leave.

No lifts, we were put on the second floor but quite a high stairs. Hard when you have to carry your suitcase all the way up.

Just about everything. The rooms are clean and modern, not plush, but good. Breakfast and restaurant superb. Staff excellent, happily recommend it!

Only downside, is that the rooms have no AC, so we had to have a plug in fan running all night, to keep the heat down in the room.

Breakfast was great, with views out over lake thunn. Friendly staff. Tried the restaurant one of the nights, food was excellent, and by swiss standards, not too expensive.

The rooms were spacious and and the bathroom was modern and clean. The breakfast variety was incredible with lots of breads, fruits, cheeses, and cereals, and the view across the lake is hard to beat. The restaurant staff are all so kind and hospitable.

Our room was perfect for 4 people. There were 2 separate spaces rooms inside the whole room. The location is perfect. The hotel provides you with free bus and boat tickets to get to Interlaken round trip with a variety of times. Last bat not least, the breakfast buffet was INCREDIBLE. Excellent quality of food with stunning views while you have breakfast. We got late night (11:00 pm) to the hotel because our flight was delayed and the hotel had prepared instructions for us so that we could check in without problems. Absolutely recommended.

Bed in our room was not comfortable- 2 mattresses put together - one was super soft the other higher. Pillows were terrible. The room was downstairs and with the windows not having bug wire it did get very hot. We should have thought to ask for a fan.

Great location - beautiful quiet little spot in Interlaken West. Free transport by boat or bus. Free parking. Great breakfast.
