- the parking is quite expensive 30CHF/day, but this is something you know already when you arrive there - the breakfast could be a bit more diverse considering the price of 22 CHF.

- really nice hotel with a modern room - close to the train/tram station, so it is really easy to get to the city center (aprox 10-15 minutes) - the hotel provides a free transportation pass for the guests which really makes your life easier - free check in drinks are provided

You can reach the center by taking the train from Wankdorf, one stop away from the center . It's a 10-minute journey. When you enter the hotel, a block is placed on your card and it is refunded after checkout. We had already made our payment through Booking.com and our card was blocked for the room fee + city taxes + 30 CHF. At checkout, we were told that only 30 CHF would be refunded. It took a long time to convince the lady at the reception that we had already paid the accommodation fee and that this would be the equivalent of a 2nd extra room fee, and she did not accept it. Finally, she apologized by saying that there was a problem with their system and refunded the amounts excluding city tax. I have read comments from people who did not refund their blocks before. If you have already made the payment, please state this when the block is placed. Otherwise, you may pay the accommodation fee twice. Do not accept it and insist.

There are individual lockers for leaving your luggage. You can leave it for any period of time after check-out.

Parking is overpiced (for 8 hours at night 30 francs). The rooms could be better soundproofed.

The location is perfect if you have early morning business appointments in this district of Bern.

Everything was fine. Free breakfast. Nice staff. Didn't like all the smokers by the fron door while having their drinks outside.

Nice modern hotel but not really close to anything. Had to take a streetcar to most places. Right next to train station.

not in downtown but close to the station, 10mins train to Bern city, still convenient room is clean and comfortable there are microwave and fork knife that we can bring own meal to eat in lobby lounge, coop supermarket is just next door but close on Sunday

There was no wardrobe in the room, and I couldn't adjust the temperature myself despite following all the written instructions.

Despite being a bit out of town, the hotel offers a nice place to sit outside. I had an internet connection problem in my room, and the receptionist, Hana, was very helpful. The facilities are new, and if you're on a work trip, there is a nice place to work. The hotel's design is really nice, and they have an ironing room, which I found very convenient. If you don't mind being out of town, you should consider staying at this hotel. Additionally, Bern is a small city, so the location shouldn't be an issue at all.

I thought that the parking was included, but in the end cost a bit, not that much of course and you car will be safe for €26 - 24 hours

It is definitely worth the money, and if you buy the breakfast that will be even better, because of the complete breakfast the Moxy have to offer.

There was a minor issue where the deposit was not being informed during the payment but it was addressed later on. Regarding the room facilities, a small fridge and some complimentary water bottles would be much appreciated.

The lobby area was pretty spacious and modern. The room was nicely designed and came with an open view. The location was also convenient with the train/tram station and a supermarket nearby. The staff were really friendly and helpful during our stay. Last but not least, we did enjoy the welcome drinks a lot!

Poorly draining water under the shower, during breakfast relatively little choice

Very clean hotel. Even though it has 3*, it's better than some other 4* hotels. Big bed, all needed amenities.
