The quality was very good. Location - 6, Breakfast - 6, Staff - 6. Christina (on a reception) was super kind and very friendly. Thank you a lot for this amazing time! This stay was part of our honey moon in Switzerland and we will come again in this hotel for sure!

If you are tall and have a room on the top floor, mind your head! The sloping roof caught us out a couple of times.

Every expectation we had was exceeded... the location is fantastic, the staff went above and beyond for our comfort, and the breakfast (with full view of the glorious Matterhorn🩷) was delicious, full and varied. After a long day exploring, the steam room and sauna restored us - and we slept very well afterwards! We will definitely recommend Mountain Paradise to family and friends... Thanks to Christina and Maree and the owners for making our first trip to Zermatt so comfortable.

Everything was fabulous. The staff were very friendly, the hotel and room very cosy, the view was excellent and enjoyed the view. It is about 25 minutes walk- but very manageable even with out luggage. I highly recommend.

Everything was perfect. The staff was very kind, they even prepared the extra bed for our 2 y.o.son which was not required from our part. We were really Happy for that.:) And yes, the hotel is not one step from the railway station, but I think people coming to mountains should not be lazy to walk 2 km, should they? ;) We were satisfied with everything. Thank you for a beautiful time we spent there.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and very clean and went out onto a shared balcony with spectacular views of the Matterhorn after the rain and cloud cleared. We were there during the first floods in June and we're stuck for an extra night as there were no trains out. The owner was extremely helpful in getting us up to date information about the situation. Ample breakfast.

A bit too far to Zermat place of attraction especially for someone who don't like walking. However, you can take taxi with more cost or taking a bus for free.

Hotel cleanliness and the staffs hospitality and kindness. The view to Motterhorn was also stunning.

The hotel is located in Zermatt and cannot be accessed by car, only by train. However, we were not told this until after we had booked and paid. Additionally, the hotel is remote from the rail station 🚉 and could not possibly be walked to. We had to get a taxi as the hotel does not run a shuttle service. This should have been made clear before we booked and is really the fault of booking.com.

The property exceeded my expectations. Excellent value for money, room towards Matterhorn is hard to beat. Clean, spacious, excellent breakfast. Very quiet area.

It’s a little bit further from the train station than others. This is no problem if you’re willing to get a taxi but there is still quite a bit of walking if you decide to get buses. Our shower base had some damage that allowed water to leak out if you weren’t careful.

Has a great view of the Matterhorn. Clean and spacious rooms. Helpful staff. Great sauna room and facilities. Good breakfast.

I wished that the room was cooler to the bunk area. We had to shut the slider door when sleeping due sound from snoring and it would get really hot.

It was in a quiet area close to the gondola for Glacier Paradise. It felt a little luxury, but also was perfect for a family with young kids to stay. The breakfast was the best we’ve had on our trip.

I would like the beds to be double and not two beds just pushed together, also basic toothpaste (the first time I see that there is none in the room, we had to go the next day and buy it in the store, it is very strange because even the cheapest hotels leave disposable toothbrushes and pastes) and normal shower gel. For almost 300 francs per day they could have done this! There was also an unpleasant story when we arrived, we wanted to clarify if there was a higher room or with better views, where we were rudely told "no, this is not possible, everything is occupied" we understand that everything in the hotel is occupied, to speak rudely and without any apologies, this is not how to communicate with guests! And they also never brought us the robe and slippers that we asked for, because they are also not in the room!

Very comfortable room with an amazing view of the Matterhorn from the balcony and windows. The location on the outskirts of town near the cable car station was perfect for us. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

The breakfast could have been better, the only hot food was scrambled or boiled egg, the breakfast also finished at 10am but it started to run down from 9.30 meaning not a lot left if you want a later breakfast.

We had a Mountain View room which was amazing, the staff were very helpful and the room was very clean and a good size. A very quiet peaceful location.
