We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The dorm room with 4 beds was spacious. The breakfast was also decent but not exceptional.

NetherlandsIf you're staying in a top bed in the dorm rooms the space between the bed and the room ceiling is very small so for people that are taller it is a bit unconvenient.
Nice location with big terrace and overall very good facilities. It is close to the Grindelwald Terminal station and the town is easily reached with the many bus connections. If you want to go up to Jungfraujoch this is a perfect spot. Nice breakfast, welcoming and friendly staff.

The location is beautiful and close to the terminal! Very comfy. Also, breakfast was good, staff was nice and worked very well and it was clean. Also, it is one of the cheapest hotels in town.

FinlandThe communal showers were dark and dingy, not inviting at all. Luckily, there are also women's (and men's) separate showers that were in a better shape.
I especially liked the versatile and plentiful breakfast with both fresh fruits, eggs, local cheese and ham. Good value for the money. The staff was helpful and super nice. The location close to the train and lifts was great for exploring the surroundings and do some hiking in the area. The room was clean and common areas cleaned daily. The dormitory I stayed in had plenty of space and a lockable cupboard (with a returnable 5 frang coin).

The location was excellent with the station next door and amazing views. The bar and social areas are excellent. Staff were all friendly, and I enjoyed the food in the snack bar. I stayed in the hostel section, so it was basic but more than enough for what we needed.

United StatesWe did not expected two mens were sleeping our room, we stayed 3 night, 3 bunk beds there, total 6 lady's sleeping that room for two days, but the last day, two men were sleeping in our room. We never expected that we were going to share this room with two men, it was very disappointed.

GermanyHaving the bathrooms and showers downstairs was a little tricky because we were traveling with kids. Made middle of the night bathroom trips a little rough- but not a huge deal.
Breakfast was exceptional and the location could not have been better. Walkable access to multiple gondolas, the train and shops/restaurants. The staff was super friendly and helpful in giving us pointers on where to go with my family (ranging from 8-73 years old!). It was convenient to have a sink in the room as well. Restaurant on site for dinner also showed the EURO cup game- bonus points!

IndiaPeople walking on the first floor can be heard in the room as the floor is of wooden.
The lodge is right next to the terminal Very easy to go to Jungfrau or Interlaken. The hostel is a little suffocated as we got a room on the basement. Otherwise, the room is good. Otherwise, the breakfast is best. Location is perfect, and you should definitely book this hostel if you get a good room.
