The location was perfect and it was very easy to check in. The room was spacious and had all the facilities we needed.

We did not get to know much about the hotel because we were transferred into another one because of an issue with our room. What is really strange about the situation is that the day before our arrival I got a message about check-in and all the regular stuff. Upon our arrival the receptionist said that we would have to trasfer to another room and that they were trying to reach me via the phone, but I did not have any missed calls. I don’t understand why they did not send a message… Interesting. Long story short, we had to stay in another hotel which had no parking facilities, so we had to pay extra for parking. This transfer was a llittle inconvenient for us. The other hotel was fine, but the room was a little small for 4 ppl, and some food smelt funny at breakfast.

The room didn't have AC, so we had to open the window at night. Unfortunately, due to the hotel's location, it was quite noisy.

Parking and late check-in were convenient. Breakfast was good, and the room was clean. The staff were helpful.

Facilities are very standard and relatively old. It does not have a water kettle in the room. No shampoo. But there is a convenience store nearby, where you could buy almost anything.

The room was spacious and clean. The mountain view from the window was nice. The breakfast was nice. Underground parking was easy.

1. The room contains one double bed and 1 sofa bed, where as I was expecting a bunk bed (as shown in the pictures and available in the other rooms) . It is really inconvenient for 2 persons to sleep on a sofabed. 2. The breakfast options are a bit poor. Options like baked beans, hash browns, brown bread etc., could be included.

Overall atmosphere of the hotel is good. Room is clean and tidy. The staff are really helpful. Easy to locate.

Reception is not staffed all day - there is a bit of a gap early afternoon. It's not really a problem as there is a self check in machine which we used (we arrived a bit before check in time) without any issues. Also, the hotel is above a garage - not a problem for us at all as our kids loved watched the buses and trucks! Despite this it wasn't noisy.

Very large family room with loads of space for a family of 4. Great view! Breakfast buffet was pretty good. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Convenient location for exploring - close to beautiful Lucerne.

The hotel was exactly what I needed as I was in transit with a tour coach so I most importantly needed parking which the hotel provided. There were a few good options for food nearby. A very pleasant, functional hotel.

The bathroom is a bit cramped and the shower partition cannot be opened and closed well. Sofabed has cranky noise, not so comfortable.

The accommodation has great access and a good location for exploring all directions due to the highway. Free parking directly at the hotel, stable free WI-FI, spacious clean and timeless modern furnished rooms, friendly staff, USB charging option (without plugs).

The lack of air conditioning in the rooms always presents a problem in summertime. A table fan is provided and its possible to open the windows, but sleeping remains very uncomfortable.

Staff are brilliant, particularly the lady that organises the breakfast buffet and keeps it fresh, hot and well stocked for all the hotel guests

Shower place is very small, when turn around you could turn the water handle hotter or colder. No shampoo or body lotion provided.

The hotel is on top of a bus garage underneath. Smell of tires in the corridor, however not big deal.

We were three people in a room which was quite spacious. Very comfy bed and pillows. Plenty of parking spots free of charge. Close to Interlaken which is way too expensive. Thus, good alternative.

The Hotel is about 30 mins to Lucerne by public transport if you leave at the right time. The bus that runs from the hotel is not as frequent as you like it to be. Since we were only in Lucerne for 1 day we had a bit of waiting to do for the bus and the train to get to Lucerne which we would’ve spent in Lucerne instead. However, I knew about the location going in so it’s not really a complaint. If you’re travelling by car this is a perfect place to be within the reach of the city. There was only one water bottle given for a room of 4 people for 2 days which we were not so happy about. But other than that the place was lovely and worth the money!!

The room was very clean, looked exactly like in the pictures, we got a water bottle and a coffee machine with extra coffee pods on request for the room. The people at the reception were really nice and helpful. The check in went very smoothly, but our room was a little bit of a walk to get to. The hotel is in the quieter part of the town and we loved the peace and quiet, however if you’re only in Lucerne for a day or two like us, you should consider staying closer to Lucerne. There’s also a convenience store and a gas station right next to the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

It is not great when the laundry cages are standing in the hallways, you feel like you're being rushed out. I know that this is probably very efficient for the following morning when they are cleaning and changing bedding, but it shouldn't stand out all day.

The receptionist was lovely! The space was much better than many other rooms we have stayed in in Switzerland, the breakfast was nice and the hotel is close to the slopes and Lucerne.
