Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe gym and spa facilities are very small - a bit odd. You have to walk past it all to get to the roof top bar - but that means walking past people exercising or in bath robes... and the sauna is mixed and "nude only". That was off putting. The views though are fantastic once you get your drink and relax. The staff in the hotel are very friendly - especially the bar/breakfast /front desk staff.
Location of the hotel was great, in the centre of town. Breakfast was simple and plenty of food to choose from. Our room was brilliant. We were given the suite on level 5 and it had the most incredible view of St Moritz. There was so much wardrobe space - enough for a his and hers unpack. Bed was very comfy ( though duvet was too hot and heavy) Separate toilet and bathroom, with shower over the bath. Room too hot, so we asked for the thermostat to be turned down which made a huge difference. Complimentary water too which I think is a must these days in any hotel! thank you.

The staff - I didn’t mention it was my 50th birthday but had a lovely card and voucher. I was impressed to receive an offer of a lift from the station a few days before my arrival. It was also no problem to arrange a shuttle to the station when I left.

Personalised welcome and support during stay. Excellent location close to waterfront and bus to reach trains, funicular and cable cars. Very comfortable room, access to spa. Sky bar great views. Close to many dining options. Valet parking service excellent as were majority of staff. Vouchers to use buses, trains and cable cars.

FinlandThe building is old and personally I think some places and functions could use some updating. Minor things like worn down door handles and creaking floor on a lobby etc. The locking mechanism on the room doors was odd and could use some modernizising. But overall just minor things mainly related to the age of the building.
Overall a nice place to stay. I got to spend time there only for few hours, but the room was nice - a huge, luxurious bed, clean and functional bathroom. The sky bar was worth visiting and had a great view over the village. The location was spot on. The staff was professional and friendly, though at times a bit distant. Free shuttle service to/from the trainstation was a big plus.

United KingdomSome of the pictures in the restaurant were bad commercial art in big gold frames. But that was the only mis-step.
The staff are really helpful and everything just worked. The design of the room was well considered and made with quality materials. For some reason, we had a free upgrade to a wonderful room with a big seating area, huge walk in wardrobe, lovely bathroom and comfy bed. In the evening, housekeeping come round and literally turn your pillows into alps and put chocolate Toberlones on the foothills. Breakfast was excellent in their well furnished restaurant and the sky bar had great views and looked really cool, though we did not have the time to hang out there. From our room, we could see snow-capped mountains in the distance between the buildings.

Location was good for shopping, eating and bars and for the train to the mountain top. The hotel provided a travel pass which meant the mountain trip and buses were free...a great bonus. Staff were friendly and the sky bar is great to have drinks, snacks and relax. Our room was spacious and had a great view of the lake. We were welcomed with a glass of prosecco. We were picked up with a free transfer to the hotel from the Station and return at the end of the visit
