Family owned and run! Absolute perfect in every way! Stunning big bathroom! Huge fluffy towels changed everyday! Underfloor heating! Bedroom wasn’t big but it was so perfectly serviced and maintained one can’t fault it! Even fresh squeezed orange juice for breakfast! Directly at the bus stop! Owner was happy to come over to let very late arrivals in.

The room does have a balcony but the view is not spectacular. A small river runs by and if you leave the window open in the night you will hear it.

Good location, at the foot of the old village, close to restaurants and also public transport. The hotel has been very nicely renovated with lovely bathrooms and comfortable bedding. The sauna was a plus, and while a little small, we enjoyed it every day after a good hike in the mountains.

We had a great time in this hotel. Staff and owner are so lovely and helpful. Everything was perfectly clean and cozy, never had such a good room service before, tasty breakfast with local products of high quality. Sauna is a big plus too. We felt very welcomed and would definitely return. Merci beaucoup!

The rooms got a bit extra hot at night - even after switching off the heating. However, we managed to control the temperature by keeping the window slightly open.

Very friendly staff - the hotel manager was very helpful, with a quirky yet enjoyable sense of humour. There's a sauna at the hotel! -- we couldn't use it this trip, but will definitely try it the next time. Felt very safe at the hotel.

The room was gorgeous with comfortable beds, good facilities and plenty of space for our family of four. Breakfast was delicious and we ate dinner in the hotel for two out of our three nights there because the restaurant was excellent.

It is right in the center of the village. Parking not too far from hotel, remember there is no elevator. Next to the creek that will bring music to your ears when you are out door or on your balcony. I have called the hotel to inform that we will arrive late, the owner asked if we want dinner or not. Best breakfast, everything is home made, fruits jams are also home made… wonderful soft yoke eggs Orange juice, coffee, even in room cafe maker is awesome. Thanks to the owners that provided us one of our best stay while we visited Europe.

restaurant was closed on the Monday when I arrived but it is understandable / all restaurants must close a day per week. There were other restaurants open near by, so not an issue after all.

Staff failed to inform us of the visitor's card which would enable us to travel free on the bus in Val d'Anniviere. The manager knew that we had to catch a bus to Lac de Moiry! Also whilst we were three people, suddenly four main dishes arrived and no explanation?? We were of course charged - is this a ploy to fleece the nice tourists?

Small hotel with very nice rooms in wood with balcony. Rooms are luminous, large bathroom also very luminous and clean. Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast.
