Aware of what I booked but only had two small fans in 29 oC weather and room at back of building with major road with trams, very noisy at night and windows had to be shut to get sleep and they actually supply ear plugs on bedside table! Also no small fridge in room so personal drinks warm and although coffee machine at reception it was not on at 6am as had an early start to catch the Bernina Express from Chur.

In great central location near main train station and food places. Large room with great water pressure in shower. Nice breakfast included.

They provide a combined shampoo and body wash formula which isn't very good. Breakfast doesn't provide hot food or many savoury options.

We had three rooms altogether and the other two roomswere not facing the dining street so they were great. Ours was indeed facing where the eateries are. But the hotel did provide ear plug which is very thoughtful of them =)

The service was exceptional! the staff couldn't be more friendly and efficient! the hotel exceeded our expectation! The room, even the economy room, was truly spacious, We can't be more grateful.

It’s a noisy place and the hotel gives you ear plugs. If it’s hot and you need to keep the window open because there’s no air con, it’s very noisy. It won’t be a good place to stay in summer.

We had a small double room which only allowed access from one side of the double bed. There was a fan which helped ventilation but with no ac in room I suspect it could get hot in the middle of summer.

Clean functional hotel in a great location for access to railway and airport. Plenty restaurants also nearby and close to the old town which is very nice. All staff were very nice and helpful.

The 3-person room provided is not the same as the photo, as a sofa bed is provided instead of three twin beds. The room also looks smaller than the photo.

It wasn't the hotel's fault that we were there on very hot days --- but there is no air conditioning and it's too loud to leave the windows open. We were glad we brought a fan with us. The bathroom is very small. The location is great but it is on a loud street. The breakfast was included but wasn't that great.

The location was great...we walked to all of our destinations except for one. Very close to the train station as well. The staff was so kind and helpful.

I felt the outside of Hotel could be made a little more welcoming.

Walking distance to railway station and town centre. It was a simple and budget hotel, but it had everything in it necessary for a comfortable stay. The 24hr tea and coffee making facility in reception also a fridge and microwave There. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was good, but I was surprised that there was no meat available. (And perhaps they are vegetarian?) Otherwise the breakfast room was very nice and the staff really kind and helpful.

The hotel is very conveniently located close to the central train station and 100 yards from the tram stop to and from the airport, which makes it a extremely convenient. My room was very spacious and clean (what I always require first and foremost), if a bit basic, but this is a 2-star hotel. The staff was wonderful and welcoming, even offering me an umbrella when I absolutely needed one (and had forgotten to bring it along). I would recommend this hotel to most travelers.

We didn't like that we only stayed in Zurich for a day.

We love how close the hotel is to Old Town and Train Station. The staff is pleasant and welcoming. We will stay again in the future.

The room, though very clean and roomy, was spartan. It had one soft fold-out single bed/sofa that doubled as an easy chair that one person could sit on. Other than that, there were no other chairs in the room, so I got permission to get a chair from the dining room for the room. Also, our room overlooked a main street behind the building, which was very noisy, so the windows had to be kept closed most of the time. There were two portable fans in the room for air circulation, which was good because the ventilation was poor when the windows were closed.

We liked that it was located on the edge of old town, and also within walking distance of the train station. There were many services, i.e. restaurants, cafes, shops, etc., within easy walking distance, if not right next door. The room we had was large and very clean. The bathroom, though compact, had newer fixtures and the shower was great. The breakfast room was roomy and airy, and the included breakfast was good (although non-vegetarians may be put off by the non-meat offerings). The staff were very friendly and helpful, and there was a small room off the lobby that had a coffee and hot water machine that was available 24 hours.
