When room was occupied above my room, people and furniture moving was very loud.

The taxi booked for 6.40 am arrived 15 minutes late leaving me an 87 year old in danger of missing the train to Paris, and Eurostar to London. Either employ a new taxi firm or advise guests to book a taxi an hour in advance of your train departure time.

Walk up with luggage was a trouble since our Uber & taxi driver(s) from the airport were not accommodative to drop us at the hotel.

We stayed in one of the historic rooms of the property. Excellent property with a library and a Michelin start restaurant. Staff particularly polite and helpful.

•We did not felt welcomed during check-in, we tried to make a short talk, smiled & thanked to the reception staff, but he was quite away from receiving our greetings and replying back in a welcomed way. Almost avoid being in a dialogue. The reception desk is where the voyage starts, it creates the first impression regarding the stay/ the hotel. The hotel should be aware that where it stands for in terms of values of hospitality. •Since some of the amenities (such as tea & coffee machine) are in the common area (reception level), it felt much like staying in a hostel or in an Airbnb more than a hotel. •We did not feel that it was a good value for money. However, it could be a case in the center of Zurich. •I loved the croissant but still the breakfast was not sufficient. The hot buffet served as overcooked, the cheese & vegetable/fruit selection was not enough. Also, the buffet was not well laid out. It needs to be improved.

•Nice & simple rooms. •The location/ it is placed in the heart of old city which makes it easy to access restaurants/ cafes & Zürich HB. •The neighborhood view from our room. •During the check-out process, Ismail assisted us. A lovely modern hotel in the bones of an oldee property. Rooms are well appointed and the beds comfortable. Being well placed in the old city meant easy access to restaurants and cafes and only 3 tram stops from HBF.

Great location! Clean, nice simple rooms. Ours had a nice bathtub (with shower, but tub nicer than shower) and our boys had a nice shower. Good espresso machine in the lobby.

This is a fancy AirBnB more than a hotel. Beautifully renovated but the reception is at first floor and it feels very much like rooms only. The hotel is bang in the middle of old town so very difficult to reach even with a taxi, and consequently not really suitable for business people. Lots of bars etc close by.

smell in the lift, entrance, like bleach or cats pee! Outside all the walkways were taken up due to works, and was inconvenient wheeling suitcases around. Not informed via hotel about this.

Hard to carry the suitcases up the hill (and hard to get there by car as well so not many options)
