Location, cleanliness, breakfast, but most importantly the STAFF!!!

Clean and our unit had everything we would expect to have at our own home. Fantastic! The Staff was out of this world. The lady at the front desk was the best I have ever experienced in my career, which spans 35 years. I would return based solely on the world class service she provided.

Absolutely nothing. We wish we had spent more days at this property as there are so many options available within Zermatt.

This hotel is one of the best places we have stayed in Europe. We were picked up by a complimentary taxi from the station. Our host, Dorothea and other staff were extremely professional and friendly and we received a 5 star treatment during our stay. We were given a complementary room upgrade with a panoramic Matterhorn view. It was one of the highlight of our trip. Host helped us with organising our activities, shopping, and went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. Buffet breakfast was fantastic. Hotel has a very good gym and pool and spa services which was all inclusive in the price as well. Luckily the weather was great as well and we were able to visit the Matterhorn and do other hikes, Overall we had a fabulous stay at Zermatt.

Air circulation is available but no air conditioners so summer may be hot in the room.

The facilities and kitchen equipment are excellent. Breakfast is very good. Can take a break and some drinks at the cafeteria in the afternoon when we return to the facilities.

I couldn’t find any fault with this property at all.

I’m pretty fussy when it comes to accommodation, even in places as premium as Zermatt. However, I really could not pick fault with this property at all. The apartments are huge, and have a beautiful view of the town and the mountain. The fitness centre is good with sauna, steam room, heated pool. The breakfasts are magnificent. The beds were super comfy, although note they are two twins pushed together. Everything was spotlessly clean, with a modern design and in great repair. I have to say an enormous thank you to the staff, who went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. One Lady even cycled all the way to the railway station to give us the umbrella we left behind.

Fitness room would benefit of having some weights and more mattress for exercise. (But existing equipment was great quality and well maintained)

The apartment with view on the Matterhorn was really great, super confortable and well equipped. Wellness & SPA area was great and super relaxing, and the pool is ok to swim a bit. Breakfast was amazing. The team was really helpful to organise our stay all along, the taxi from and to the station, the water before our departure, explaining the main things to see around Zermatt.

Vacationing in Zermatt for more than two decades. Very happy to have found this gem. Great large room with three bedrooms. The terrace was large and sunny most of the day. Breakfast super! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Daily cleaning was done when we were not around and the place was spotless and very clean. Good location. We will return to this place.

Recently built well appointed apart hotel with beautiful pool/ spa and wonderful breakfast. Excellent self catering facilities with fully equipped kitchen. Would suit families very well. Close to Sunegga lift. Complimentary taxi to/ from station. Very friendly and helpful staff

The apartment and whole residence were amazing. We felt very cozy. Beautiful view of Matterhorn from the apartment and the pool area. Friendly staff. Fresh and tasty breakfast with a Matterhorn view as well. There was also a shared area with toys for the very little ones, we were happy we could borrow some toys from there. The whole SPA area is modern and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay a lot.
