The apartment was wonderful. It was quiet, clean and luxurious. Beautiful view of the town and Matterhorn. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was easy to get to attractions. Host paid for taxi from and to the train station.

We loved this place! Location, nature and air, breakfast, SPA with sauna, hammam, swimming pool with that breathtaking view, massage.. And everything is spotless. And the beds, pillows and blankets are so comfortable. And the place is so cozy and nice, smells so good)) It was litterally one of the best places that we have ever visited. And we travel A LOT)) The apartment has absolutely everything you need to cook, a well-equipped kitchen, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven. You can put your things in the laundry and get them back the same day. There are many restaurants around. The breakfast at the hotel is great. It is small, but there is absolutely everything you usually want to eat for breakfast. There is also an awesome playroom from which our one and a half year old daughter did not want to leave for hours. It was absolutely wonderful experience. Our flight was cancelled, we were late for a train and arrived at 9 pm instead of 3 pm. We were so tired and the host arranged free pick up service for us, we didn't even ask to. And since then we felt like home every single minute. The level of service impressed us incredibly and left us completely delighted. Every single request and wish of ours was met with a smile and a bunch of solutions and was immediately implemented. We would like to express special thanks for that to our hosts Geraldine and Melanie, you are the best!!!

Breakfast and faculty were outstanding! Service the best I’ve ever had. Location not in center of town . You have to get a taxi or it’s a 10 to 15 minute walk. But the property and the swimming pool are outstanding. Well worth it highly recommend would stay here again.

The location was perfect and our balcony had the best view of Matterhorn. The apartment was very spacious and had all what we needed. The was very polite, helpful and hospitable. Excellent service. The pool was also an added comfort. It was properly maintained.

Love this property, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and provide great advice on things to do and when to do them. Dorothea was exceptional, she corresponded with us prior to our arrival. In our case she was able to provide an early check in, she also arranged for a taxi prior to my asking. Breakfast was great, Lisa and another staff member whose name I didn’t catch were so very nice. Zermatt is a magical place made better by our stay at the Colosseo. Aloha

Clean and our unit had everything we would expect to have at our own home. Fantastic! The Staff was out of this world. The lady at the front desk was the best I have ever experienced in my career, which spans 35 years. I would return based solely on the world class service she provided.

Absolutely nothing. We wish we had spent more days at this property as there are so many options available within Zermatt.

This hotel is one of the best places we have stayed in Europe. We were picked up by a complimentary taxi from the station. Our host, Dorothea and other staff were extremely professional and friendly and we received a 5 star treatment during our stay. We were given a complementary room upgrade with a panoramic Matterhorn view. It was one of the highlight of our trip. Host helped us with organising our activities, shopping, and went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. Buffet breakfast was fantastic. Hotel has a very good gym and pool and spa services which was all inclusive in the price as well. Luckily the weather was great as well and we were able to visit the Matterhorn and do other hikes, Overall we had a fabulous stay at Zermatt.
