Unfortunately apartment was not ready at check in time which we had said we would be there at - when given the keys was told that they would only be another 20 minutes but when we went up to room the cleaners were clearly unhappy to have us waiting outside and then told us would be another 2 hours until ready! Not ideal after travelling all day with a baby and young child. We were lucky we had a car because we couldn't leave our luggage so had to put everything back in the car and wait another 2 hours before we could get in. Also a few of the appliances were not working (kettle not working) and keep in mind if it's hot days there is no cooling just one fan which is a bit hard when you have a few people.

The place is in a great spot if you like to walk and wander around. Loved the rooftop balcony to relax and have meals - nice and breezy especially on hot days like the ones we had. Washing machine and dryer which is great when travelling with the kids.

It was nowhere to hang our jackets (could have been some hangers under the stairs. It would have been nice to have more storage in each bedroom where we could keep our clothes. And also more mirrors and something in the uper bathroom that we could put our bathroom items on.

It was a very good location for a good price and nice apartment with a great view.

The room was old, ceiling and windows frame was a bit broken. The charging is very slow. The boiler was broken as well.

The vast majority of the furniture was either broken damaged or missing parts. Vanity in the bathroom was missing a drawer and showed all the mould, also broken towel rail.. All of the ceiling lights had no covers, and some of the light switches were open and wiring exposed. Shutters were tied closed with plastic bags. Curtains in the bedroom did not cover the whole window, and Bed pillows in rooms were not fit for purpose, and the first day, no cable TV was working. Although they did repair it, it only gave bare minimum channels or music. The whole property required maintenance and brought up to standard. It is a shame that this was the situation and not a good reflection on your site

The room has lots of smaller damages. The shower is leaking, the sound isolation is poor, you will hear quite well how other tenants are smashing their room doors.

We checked in at 3pm (proposed by the property) and the place was still being cleaned. Not the cleanest place we stayed in. The property was not as expected, but it’s passable just for a 2 night stay.

It had a washing machine and dryer. The property was quite close to the grocery shops and tram station.

The amenities were less. Point of Contact was responsive before six. Post that difficult to reach. Hence had to wait a lot with Heavy Luggage for a while. Tea & Coffe supplied wasnot enough for booking of 3.

The facility is located in Wiedikon, close to the airport by train S2, 17mins. Easy to walk around. 2bedroom apartment is spacious for a family of three. Bed is comfortable.

This apartment very nicely “fit the bill” for us, when we couldn’t find any reasonably-priced, more-central option. The tram lines worked perfectly well, and very easily got us everywhere we wanted to go.

The hair dryer cannot be used because the plug cannot fit in the power point. The kettle is rusted and should be replaced. it may caused health hazard.

Broken cabinetry, small holes in walls, bathroom handle close to falling off, broken bottles in garden space outside bedroom, missing cushion on couch plus inability to adjust heating. Apartment needs some attention.

We booked on the basis that there was car parking available but there was only one small area and that was mostly taken by maintenance and cleaning staff or blocked by food delivery vehicles. Nearest available parking was 25 minutes walk away where we had to park on the second day. Not good for anyone with mobility issues. On arrival we were told that the bathroom tap was broken and so they would check us into a different apartment and we could move the next day to which we agreed. That first evening very noisy restaurant downstairs with outside tables closed very late. That first morning we were woken at 7am by builders making lots of nouse across the way throwing rubble from the top of the building opposite. We were out sightseeing the next day and they called us to come back and move our things to the repaired apartment part way through the day which was inconvenient for us as it was more than 1/2 walk from where we were and as we had limited time in Zurich. We went back to move our things but the cleaner had taken all our food and drink, that we left in the fridge, for herself. The sofa in the second apartment was badly stained and absolutely reeked so we couldn’t sit in the lounge because of it. A very disappointing experience.
