I love the breakfast service! I appreciated having my gluten-free bread and lactose-free milk, very much. The staff is super friendly.

There were no problems and nothing that we did not like about the hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable and provided everything we needed for our overnight stay. A particularly nice touch was the dog bed and bowls that were waiting in the room when we arrived. Also useful was the easy parking on the hotel premises.

It is right on the main road, so there is a lot of noise from cars. Noise also comes from the hallways. Bring earplugs!

Exactly as described. Convenient connections to Luzern (20 mins). The transportation ticket is included, so it comes at not extra costs. Basic but adequate breakfast incl. vegan milk.

Tea or coffee and milk should have been provided beside the kettle. With the cost of the room. The soap in the bathroom was not fit for purpose.

Great value for the price as Lucern is very expensive. Bus station is right below the hotel, so you can directly come to the centar of Lucern within 20 min. The best is that you get visitors card which you can use to trevel for free within Lucern (bus or train), just check which zones it coveres. Room for two was not big but if you are going to just sleep in it like we did, it is perfect. Bathroom was great , with spacious walk in shower and large window which was my bigest plus.

Our first room had a toilet that wouldn’t stop flushing. After much complaining with the front desk, they finally moved us to another room.

There is a convenient bus into Luzern, only 20 minutes away.

The room was very mediocre with one huge minus being that it was on the roof, which we knew can happen, but the bed was placed in a way that even my wife (1.60 height) got hit several times trying to get through. The room overall was very mediocre. We knew the location, but still, a bit far from center (but easy to commute, so not a big issue).

The staff was nice, explained everything + allowed us to store luggage. Breakfast was good, though no eggs in any form surprised us. Airconditioner is always nice, since you don't depend on the weather.

The breakfast was a bit below standard and the assortment would change every day. The location is a little bit outside of the city center, but it was always very quiet and as we came by car this wasn't a issue for us. The parking lot was a little bit small but the staff was always willing to help us find a space.

We had an amazing room, with good beds, very spacious and with very good AC. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

The breakfast was good, cheese, meats, croissants and bread. Cucumbers and tomatoes olives. Hard boiled eggs, Nutella. Juices coffee, yogurt. I really enjoyed the breakfast and my stay.

We stayed at the Businesshotel Lux only one night on our way to North Europe. The hotel is only a short drive from Lucerne, a beautiful medieval city with covered bridges, historic buildings and lively squares. After a lovely sight-seeing tour we chilled on the Ufschötti Strand beach. They say " when in Switzerland do like the Swiss do" and they were all there relaxing under the trees on the lawn or on the large sandy beach. The Businesshotel Lux has free parking and a pleasant breakfast included.

It is suggested that one more chair can be added in the room. The room is a bit small, and the sound insulation of the room windows is not very good (can hear the noise outside the window)

The soaps/liquid soap used is of poor quality. It's not worth the money you spend for this room.

From 6am we were wakened by noisy guests leaving and banging doors etc. Not a fault as such about the hotel but did affect our stay.

Room was good with a good bathroom. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location was a 20 minute bus ride away from Lucerne centre. Hotel staff kindly assisted with a complimentary bus passes. Bus stop was a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Good parking available in-site. Nice breakfast.
