The breakfast of the first day could have been better, as some fruits were not good and there wasn't much variety left. But the second day we had a very good breakfast!! 😁

The location was amazing, bed very comfortable and staff very nice. We would totally recommend it!

It would have been nice to have face cloths, but that would be our only constructive feedback.

Would have been nice to have airco in the room. The noisiness outside does not make it possible to keep the window/door open during the night and even though it wasn't very hot outside, inside the room the temperature was high.

Good location, close to the city centre and opposite of the train station. Easy to go around to find a restaurant. The people at the reception and taking care of the breakfast are great!

Great location opposite the train station, bus and tram stop. It is very clean and quiet and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with lots of lovely fruit. You can make tea and coffee and get drinking water from the sitting area in the lobby. The wifi is very good as well.

Not many AC outlets in the room. The matress was not that good. A little noisy from the traffic.

Conveniently placed near a train station which takes you directlly to the airport. I did not have time to take breakfast.

All the staff was extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good. The hotel is at the 2nd floor of a building, and half of the rooms “circulate” the main “breakfast room” and the reception. It is a very interesting concept of close and cosy hotel. We definitely will repeat our stay.

The hotel is very convenient for the railway station, being just across the road. It was also quick and easy to walk down to the lake for a stroll. We were only there for one night. It was clean and comfortable and suited our needs well.

The hotel is right in front of the train station. Exceptional location and really friendly staff. The breakfast includes bread, salami, cheese, butter and croissants.

Location is super center, just right in front of Geneve train station. Room is modern and clean. All facilies works fine. And, judging from the other guests, the hotel handles multiculturalism really well.

My bathroom was not en suite. It was not a shared bathroom but it was not in the room. That was a surprise and fine for me. But that would not be the case for all.

too many e-mail about the booking, I received in total 17 e-mails related to this stay/booking. That is just insane. One booking confirmation is sufficient and one invoice. Especially for business travels, reduce!

Everything was amazing!

Wonderful hotel with awesome stuff! The staff did everything and even more in order that my trip and comfort would be at maximum level! This is not a very big hotel with just 28 rooms. The position of this hotel is super strategic: - 10 meters from the main railway station - 10 meters from the bus and trolleybus and tram. - 50 meters from Starbucks, MCdonalds, KFC, Burger, English Pub and Lebanese cousin. - 100 meters from COOP and 2 big malls! So you have everything that you need. Free fruits for all days, lemon water, fresh water, coffee, tea, hot water is always available at the reception 24\7 The Breakfast could be better of course. Don`t expect 5 star breakfast, but with 5-6 dishes every day, croissants, eggs etc will always be available for you. Can`t complain tbh. The rooms is not very big, but have everything that you need: - Good bed, shower, bathroom, TV, table, chair and guardrobe with freeze and safe. - The pressure of the water was super nice, the water was super hot also. - Fast free WiFi Internet - ~ 80MBit\s = 8-9MB in downloading. Definitely will consider this hotel next time! P.S. Forget to tell you that Staff even gave me early checking at 9 AM for Free as well as a free breakfast when we arrived! That was so helpful! Thank you!
