We only stayed one night. Nothing to complain about.

The location is great. Close to the train station and not far from the center of city. The hotel is located opposite the train station.Just 5 minutes' walk.The property was really clean. The room is in good size for two people.The hotel staff is very nice. Wi-Fi is good.

Breakfast was not very good. We went in at around nine o clock to find that there was only scraps of meat and cheese left with no one around to ask to replenish, so would not have been worth the 17CHF. So we ate out for breakfast. Other that that good, clean hotel in a convenient location.

Location is great directly opposite the main train station, but quiet and central for all locations.

There was outside noise because of the convenient location by train and busses, but the windows did a good job of keeping the room fairly quiet.

Staff were excellent, room was clean, light and spacious, bed was super comfy. No problems with our bicycles left in the reception area. We had a fridge in our room which we didn’t expect, and while there’s a coffee machine at reception, we were lent a kettle. Very happy. Would definitely stay here again. We usually avoid staying near major train station as it can be a bit rough, but area felt safe.

Some rooms open right into the breakfast area which can feel a bit odd, but it worked fine in the end. The hotel is expensive in UK terms, but everywhere is expensive in Geneva. For what we needed (a central hotel for one night) it worked well really.

The location of this hotel is great if you need to be central and don't have much time to see Geneva. The rooms are basic but the bed was really comfy. The room we were in opened right into the breakfast area which felt a little exposing, but it was fine in the end and not too much noise from the main area. Considering this hotel is opposite the main station we did not hear any noise from outside. Staff were very friendly and breakfast had a good mix of cheese, meats, breads, boiled eggs, fruit and cereal.

Nothing to dislike. It was all good.

The room was very spacious, ventilated, clean and had a nice balcony. I had chosen a room with external private bathroom. The bathroom was just opposite the room and it also was quite spacious and well appointed. Since my room was well inside a corridor, I did not have much discomfort in traipsing around from room to bathroom. The room maintenance was also good. One of the best points is the location, it is just opposite to the railway station and it is far away the cheaper of the hotels in same location. There is a gourmet burger shop near to the hotel, which provided excellent varieties of burgers. You must try the cranberry and Mexicana burgers from there.

For a 2 star hotel near the train station in central Geneva Les Arcade can't be beat. We were looking directly at the station from the 3rd floor and couldn't hear the traffic at all.

There is no air conditioning in the room and the fan is quite noisy. It is also noisy if the windows are open. We were in the summer, at +33 degrees Celsius and it was a bit of a problem.

A great option if you need to stay for one night: the hotel is right in front of the railway station. An inexpensive, hearty breakfast is served at the hotel, although sometimes you need to wait for the staff to update some dishes. You can also leave your luggage for storage after checkout.

The room does not have any airconditioning or ventilation, and the street outside is very noisy, so it is a choice either to sweat with stuffed air or no sleep at all. Unfortunately, I did not have ear plugs that could have helped.

The hotel is right near the train station so it is easy to get to and from airport, like 20 minutes total travel probably. Geneva is small city, so it is not problem to get everywhere by foot from the hotel, you can also catch a tram. Room is ok, the bathroom was in the corridor 2 meters away from the entrance so fine too. Overall it is ok for 1 night stay.

In the room, there were a few small maintenance issues that needed addressing. Also, it was a little hot as there is no air conditioning. A fan in the room would have helped.

This property has an excellent location, right opposite the main railway station. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a good breakfast available.

There was no socket next to the bed in my room

I needed a place to stay overnight between the trains and it served the purpose perfectly. Big room, comfy bed. Other reviews are correct, it’s very noisy when the window is open and you can’t keep it closed because there is no A/C. Earplugs worked for me.
