Off-peak season, just exceptional. Personnel is very friendly and available. The location is great, it’s just in the center of the beautiful village of Champery. Hotel and spa areas, very clean.

Beautiful hotel in a superb location. Staff were exceptional. Transfers to the ski lift were wonderfully efficient. Beautiful spa area and gorgeous view from the infinity pool.

The breakfast buffet is same every day. Champery town is overall very expensive and not worth the money.

The Spa is the best of this property, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The view of Swiss Alps from the terrace of the hotel is spectacular. There is free shuttle transfer to ski lift which is only 5 mins drive away.

Absolutely stunning hotel. Spa was beautiful. Staff super friendly. Great location.. minutes walk from restaurant and bars; ski lift, train station. Great location for skiing also lots of ski hire shops within minutes walk.

They need to monitor the wellness a little more. A few people wearing out door shoes and not showering before using the spa sauna etc

We had a family room, with an amazing king size bed and two single sofa beds - I’m sure they could make room for a double sofa bed instead.

Set in a lovely village, this spa hotel was fantastic. Very friendly and accommodating staff who are happy to help with restaurant reservations and excursion recommendations. The Mountain View’s from the bedroom balcony are exceptional, as are the spa facilities. This is a great stay for the whole family.

The staff were exceptionally good, the room and hotel communal areas were very well decorated, breakfast on the panoramic terrace was a super start to the day and the location in the heart of Champéry was perfect.

Very nice room with balconies in a wonderfully renovated historic building. The staff was great as was the breakfast buffet. Passes for the gondola and other attractions were included.

Magnificent views from the hotel and pool onto the mountains and village of Champéry. Quite breathtaking in fact. Luxurious and thoughtful finishes throughout the hotel.

Funky light switches take a little time to get used to.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was ever too much trouble. The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of fresh foods. The view from the balcony and swimming pool were spectacular. The jacuzzi is just perfect after a long walk down the mountain. The complimentary Multipass card was a godsend.

Great location. The view from the breakfast area was great if you look at the right angle. If you choose the wrong angle you’ll be looking at cemetery and a big parking space! Pool and spa were great as well, however a bit small . If hotel is fully booked it would get really crowdy at the spa.

The location was amazing and our room - 304 had an amazing balcony and we loved having our windows open at night. The staff (Victor and rest) were so helpful and truly the best staff!!!

The room was lovely, but we really missed places and tools (just a couple of hangers in the closet) to hang up our clothes. Since many visitors probably come for hiking, skiing and other outdoor activities it would be very good with an abundance of wall mounted hooks and hangers in more than one place in the room. Also racks to put up your shoes, which would probably faciliate for the cleaning crew as well. Two racks for the suitcases in a two bed room would also be great. Other than that we have absolutely no complaints!
