Beautiful scenery and lovely view from the balcony. Staff were friendly and helpful. Really lovely breakfast included. Comfortable and cosy bedroom with clean facilities.

The property is just amazing, we had a great stay, very clean and professional.. good breakfast, near to Interlaken and to areas around by car. The staff were very helpful and professional. It’s only 7min driving to interlaken city center, I really recommend everyone to stay there if you are going to interlaken

At breakfast time the Chafing dish with the Scrambled eggs was basically gone with only a few shreds left; there was another hour left of service so I mentioned it to the staff that was checking on the food. He just shrugged and did nothing. We stayed 3 days and it happened 2 of those days, so that wasn't great.

We loved the staff and their friendliness, including the owner that checked to make sure our stay was wonderful.. It is close to the bus station, so that was a plus to go into Interlaken to catch the trains. The breakfast was plentiful as well. 'The view is lovely!

Hotel is located at a convenient location. Spa is amazing. We are really relaxed at the spa after a long drive . This is a family run hotel with hospitable, friendly and helpful owner and staff. Salzano restaurant served beautiful ravioli and pork chop ( must try ) .We had a memorable holiday in Interlaken.

Food selection could be improved.

Room is spacious with balcony with fantastic view. Staff are helpful and accommodating. They clean the room very well and great amenities. It is near the bus stop around 3-5 min walk but few bus stop away to interlaken west or interlaken ost. The food is great.

Spa and food in the restaurant was fabulous

Really lovely hotel excellent facilities and food is wonderful 5 star. The room was very warm, no aircon, not too bad, but i would say it was very warm in summer. Literally 5 min down the road from Interlaken , beautiful views and nice spot.

There is nothing we should mention.

We spent a few wonderful days on Silvester eve there and we have chosen the hotel because of the wellness and the size of the hotel. It is a cosy, family guided hotel with excellent hotel staff. The breakfast proviveded us with everything like cheese, ham, jam, bred, yoghurt, cornflakes, fruits and much more. For dinner it was also a great experience and really excellent. The wellness was very well equipped and provided enough space, just wonderful. We thank the family and the staff Salzano for those wonderful days! If coming back in this area, we will be your guest again.
