I don't like the sound of the crack when people upstairs make a move or walk. In the morning or night time the sound too loud and very annoying.

The best breakfast in this planet. The ladies marie in breakfast area so nice and friendly, she prepared good breakfast and always smile and friendly. I really enjoyed breakfast in this hotel. The vibes so good. The location of the hotel also nice and got free parking.

It was very functional so fine for a one night stay but no wardrobe or drawers, just hooks and hangers on the wall.

The hotel was easy to find and we managed to park immediately outside which was just as well as we arrived in a torrential downpour. Everything seemed clean. Full of alpine charm.

it was very hot during our stay and we had to have the windows open all night. Unfortunately, the church is right opposite and the bells seemed to ring alllll night! Very warm room in the roof too.

The staff are so lovely. The room was big on the top floor. Close up the station for sightsee and park and ride into Lucerne.

- The shower (old) has a good water pressure, but it changes from cold-hot vert quickly when being used by other rooms. - We missed a trashcan in the bedroom, and definitely a bigger trashcan in the bathroom. For 4 people, it was way too small. - It can get a bit noisy if you leave the windows open (it is close to a church, so there's some bells ringing including during the night). I slept ok with my earplugs on, but the other guests who were not wearing them had a rough time with the noise. - The mattress and the pillow could definitely be more comfortable. They are too soft, and they sink. - The breakfast was a bit basic (we lacked some savoury options), but croissants were delicious, and one of the types of bread was the best I've tried so far. Very fluffy. - We didn't know we could pre-order some alternative options for dairy before our arrival. But there's the option according to the host.

They also give several soap bars for each guest. - There's a fan upon request (a bit dusty though, but it served its purpose). - Free parking.

The room faces a church, with bell sounds going off very loudly every hour, day and night. Very charming to begin with, not so much at 3 in the morning when you’re trying to sleep

The room was too hot. There was no AC so I couldn’t sleep. Not enough hair shampoo, body jel and hand wash jel. Plugs are very old and couldn’t charge any of our electronic devices. The owner of the hotel should spend some money to renovate this hotel and improve the facilities.

My only criticism that I know the hotel cannot change is the church bell directly across from the hotel that chimes loudly every hour, this means it’s impossible to have the windows open at night and it becomes stuffy

Internet in the room was not good. Double bed can have one mattress better quality. It is placed directly by church so bells were wake me up often. Vegetables for breakfast would be advantage.

The hotel was far from Luzern. Nothing else.

The breakfast was exceptionally good. The staff were pretty friendly. The room was quite spacious and the view was pleasant as we could see the mountains. There was a cosy play area for kids. They offered us a tourist card though we didn’t use it.

The breakfast was fairly basic and would benefit from a wider range of breakfast options. There is no recreational space for guests to use when the dining room was occupied.

I will recommend it for a short stay. The location is good. It is 18 minutes away from Lucerne centrum. The natural view nearby is wonderful. The host for the breakfast is so friendly.
