The lady who takes care of breakfast was rude. The time for breakfast is till 9:30 and she started yelling at us and another family for coming at 9:10 am. Really pathetic breakfast spread. We stayed for 4 days and it was bad for all days.

This was one of our more expensive rooms during our stay, and we felt that while the views were great, the room and bathroom lacked general cleanliness and is just an older place. We feel it looked a little nicer in the photos than when we arrived.

The views from our balcony of the lake were incredible, and it was very close to the train station. The staff were extremely nice, and allowed us to check in early. The homemade breakfast was also excellent, including fresh baked croissants.

The train going to Interlaken comes once every hour only. But this proved to be not much of an issue for us anyhow.

The location is great. Very serene and relaxing. Good place to rest after travelling, hiking, sightseeing or being with crowds. The lake view is superb. The breakfast served is very satisfying and gives good value for money considering the cost of food items in Switzerland. Lastly, the hotel management and staff are very attentive, friendly and make the guests feel very comfy and at home.

Amazing hospitality by the property managers, very personable and looked after us. The location was great with the train station only a few minutes of walk away and we had the beautiful view of the lake from our room.

Location wise it is amazing! Nice relax and chill place and great view on the lake. Around 5miniutes of driving and youre in Interlaken city centre. Special thanks to Reneta, she was very welcoming and helpful!

Excellent place to stay if you’re looking places around Interlaken. The excellent service from Ms Renneta & her colleague, The breakfast was fine and kitchen for the guests is one of the best added advantage. Super hospitality 😇

The restaurant wasn’t open on a Saturday night. Otherwise there wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

The staff were friendly, accommodating and genuinely cared about us having a nice stay. The view from the room was stunning. Everything was clean and well presented. Breakfast was included in the price and for a free breakfast there were plenty of options, toast with Nutella and jams, fresh croissants, yoghurts, cereals, meats and cheeses, boiled eggs, coffees and juices. Definitely enough there that they could charge for it. There’s ample parking at the hotel. I’d say the top end of averagely price. Definitely would stay again

The hotel's location and closeness to Niederried regional train station (R70) is perfect! The view from our terrace was amazing. We had good bus\train connections all the time. The hotel is only 6mins from Interlaken West by train. For people enjoying some peace and quiet, this place is highly recommended. The whole Bernese Oberland is very beautiful to visit. For hikes, a number of easy trails are available as well as long ones. All have very good indications along the path and all easily accessible from the hotel. The staff and hotel manager were all extremely kind and helpful during our stay.
