The only thing we didn’t like and got a big shock at was on top of whatever we had already paid for this place there was an extra $100 CHF cleaning fee which is ridiculous because they didn’t even service the room once while we were there 3 days and we had to wash our dishes ! So what were we even paying for!!

Loved the location, and they had the comfiest pillows and bed! Kitchen facilities were great! The shower had really nice pressure and heat! Loved that you could do a spa day at the big sister hotel Alpen resort for 20 CHF each was worth it

The cleaning fee of 100 CHF is very steep , especially since I found someone’s bra in the wardrobe , so obviously not been checked . Another plug Socket in the kitchen area would have been good to boil the kettle .

The location was good , the apartment was a little dated , however it had everything needed in the kitchen , the bed was comfortable , English TV channels , nice hot shower.

The parking space was more appropriate for smaller cars, so our BMW 520 rental car was a very tight fit. Entering and exiting the parking garage was challenging, so the best approach was park the car upon arrival and never move it again until ready to leave. The heating system never worked properly, so the apartment was a little too cool much of the time. We reported the issue to the renter by text message on the first of our three nights and included pictures of the heating system remote to verify if the settings were appropriate. He indicated everything was correct and it should be fine within 30 minutes. That never happened, so we just dealt with the cool temperature. The apartment sleeps up to four, but two people have to sleep on a rather stiff foldout sleeper sofa.

We selected this property based on our desired travel location (Milan Centro) and the limited availability of suitably priced hotels in the local area. The apartment was clean and sufficiently well furnished. The location allowed us to walk to any of our planned tourist destinations in about 20 minutes. We liked the fact that a parking space was available.

I got upgrade to spacious apt than I booked. Walk to apartment in car free village is pain esp. with bags and kids. Taxi charges from hotel are CHF25. You have to checkin at Alpen Resort and then walk to your apartment. Cleaning fees ia too much.
