Very convenient location. It's very close to the parking garage and also to the bus stop. And it's still quiet at night. The owners are very friendly and helpful with their advice. Breakfast is great, with fruit, croissants, bread, cheese, omelet, eggs, sausages, all you can ask for 😀.

The hosts were lovely and accommodating. The room was comfortable and the spa was a nice bonus after a day of skiing. Even with our language barrier, we were able to communicate and form a sweet bond with the hosts.

The hotel staff were exceptional! The location is just a two minute walk from the parking lot. I was traveling alone and felt very safe. What a location!

Corridor dark and musty smell.No English spoken but not a big issue.

Close to the bus station, short stroll down to “ city centre “. Vintage hotel,bit in a time-warp, great balcony to chillax , quiet side of town.Nice budget choice.Will let you check in early if possible . Nice breakfast, great coffee

Location is not handy for village or lifts but close to bus station.

Decor outdated. Restaurant closed (except for breakfast). The pool/spa area was closed. The ski room at the ski lift was not available. It was 'not possible' to provide a lift back to the bus station after checkout (apparently this is only possible at check-in...) There was no luggage room - we had to leave all our bags in the reception area all day, which did not seem very secure. Staff didn't really speak English or French so communication was a bit challenging.

Great location - short walk into town and the bus to the ski lifts stops very close to the hotel. Our rooms were very big. Good breakfast. Good value for Saas Fee in ski season.

The hotel is on the simpler side and my room was quite small. I was very happy, but do not expect any luxury.

Exceptional value for money: good amenities, very nice breakfast, friendly owners. Location: very close to the bus terminal and the parking, yet very quiet in the evening. 10 minutes walk to the village center or the lifts.

A bit outdated but clean and warm

The host did a lot to make us feel good, the property is 5 min walking from the city parking and the buss station, close by the main street of the city with shops and restaurants.

The air is soooo dry in winter. Prepair for a nose bleed. Not sure if the hotel could invest in a humidifier?

The couple who manage this property are amazing. They bend over backwards to make use you enjoy your stay. The rooms were very very clean! The breakfast is amazing, and yet again the management goes out of their way to make sure you have everything you could want.

It wasn’t luxurious but I didn’t expect that and the price was reasonable.

Room had a nice balcony with a view of the Dom. The location was in a pleasant area. Breakfast was basic but good in an attractive room.

Breakfast would benefit from more fresh bread choice and alternative like smoked salmon. Tea and coffee in room would be well received.

Spa was a real bonus! Room was very comfortable with great hot water for the bath and the balcony was very relaxing!

The bathroom looks old, some areas could be renovated. The swimming pool as well as the hammam were a bit dirty, staff should clean them more often.

The Spa window was broken and covered up with a linen material - it was cold The pool water was not as warm as the written The jacuzzi water was not warm as written The Turkish bath was not working properly The massage showers where broken The floor was slippery It is such a pity that the a good renovation is not given to this hotel - it would be fantastic! The plates at breakfast are all different and of poor quality, the egg dish looks like half broken. the food was not that great! Such a pity!

The room are really quiet and that is great and the beds are great. Maybe the duvet should be of better quality and the staff are very friendly. the sauna was really good The coffee machine was great
