Our room was on street-side. But with all the traffic through the street it was impossible to keep the windows open. Very, very loud! Unfortunately it was warm in the room. The sheets on top of the bed were comfy but the one on the mattress: brrrrr

Very friendly employees, parking very easy and only 5 minutes walk to the lake. Breakfast was good.

The staff at the breakfast counter speak only local language. Availing help over breakfast counter can get slightly tricky.

Nothing really, apart from there is a kettle in the room but no tea/coffee.

Lovely clean hotel. Beautifully clean room and bathroom. This is our 2nd stay this year. We came in April. Good breakfast. We didn’t stay at the hotel for dinner. There was a limited menu which is fine, but we are vegetarian and most of the meals were meat based. However there is a lovely pizzeria 2 mins walk from the hotel called Leonardo’s, and they do beautiful meals. As well as pizza, there is a selection of pasta dishes.

Stayed here for 4 weeks, very quiet location, staff were great. Apartment was well furnished and has everything you need. Clothes washing facility available. Plenty of parking available. Fast wifi.

No one at reception when we arrived. The person appeared some hours later. By that time we had helped ourselves to a key and put our luggage in the room. There seems to be a serious shortage of staff.

Very poor breakfast - limited choice. The lady manager was cold and unpleasant. No English TV programs, even though many guests were Americans.

My room was big, quiet and lovely - overlooked a beautiful garden. The hotel was well located and very comfortable. The male manager was very kind and attentive.

The hotel is appx. 10 mins by Bus from Stans station. The hotel is located in nice and quiet locality. Room was nice and clean. Staff were polite and courteous. Buffet Breakfast was good.

The only issue we had was that one of the rooms, the one at the end of the corridor had a very bad wifi internet signal, but the other two rooms, closer to the lobby were okay. The breakfast was very good too.

We were 8, so we took 3 rooms. They were all great, comfortable, spacious, nice view, the bar personal were friendly, there was also a small supermarket just in front of the hotel and it had an easy access parking.

A very friendly hotel and a convenient location for me. I had a well appointed, very large and comfortable room. I can't comment on the restaurant as it was closed on the Monday night I stayed.

For vegetarians can have more options for breakfast.. atleast some pastry and bread which are eggless.. Even fruits were cut and soaked in sugar syrup.. Don't know why.. And raw fruits were also limited.. Most staff didn't understand English.. They had a expresso machine, but actually they should have a ready cappuccino machine.. Staff was limited I guess during my stay..

Room was decent for 3 of us. Hotel was near to some restaurants and super market and bus stop as well.. Lake also near by.. the staff was helpful.. The mountain view from my room was decent.. But from 2nd floor would be better.

Bells ring every 15 minutes, day and night. 6 am 18 times. This may be normal for locals, but for tourists it is very unpleasant. It's loud and doesn't allow you to rest properly. The ringing came from a local church. The safe did not work, the drainage in the bathroom was clogged and not only in our room. On the last day, the drainage also worsened. Last day 21.05.2024 we want to start breakfast at 7.00, because we had trip to airport, but preparation on the kitchen was not ready. Unsafe situation with one key and one of the family stay in the room after 22.00 it's very strange. When I need to check car on the charging station, I need close the room or room open, because it need to install room key on key board, in order to receive key from entering door in lobby. There are no ordinary bolts in the room; without a key it is impossible to open or close the room from the inside. But the key is in a single copy. About parking. Parking is free, but there are few places, if you arrive in the evening, be prepared to look for parking in the city, there is parking down the main street, just behind the mountain stream and there is no prohibition there. In general, the car can be parked, but the hotel should think about this issue.

The breakfast could have been better. There was no chicken/ egg recipies except boiled eggs For vegetarian there was only cereals or toast That can be better especially if Indian tourists are expected

The location is accessible to public transport easily. Travelling was not a problem
