Bathroom had lots of mould in the windowsill, room was very old, a bit dusty and not very clean.

Nice breakfast, good location, nice staff, nice lounge bar-area, good food in the restaurant. Beds were comfortable, balcony looks out over Fiesch.

However, a bar underneath our room played live music LOUD till 2 AM one night and a party the other night. Hotel should have put an older couple like us away from the bar!!! Only one coffee machine, so the line was long.

Lack of hot water. Lack of dining facilities on the day we were there despite having been told there was availability for evening meals. Accommodation very basic.

No hot water in the hotel and we were told this was because they had only just opened for the season. I think if I was 'opening for the season' I would have made sure there was hot water available to guests a priority! The dining room was not open and we had to go to another hotel in the village (seemingly under the same ownership) for dinner. The breakfast was served in the Hotel Lodge Inn and was adequate.

The position is excellent to take the Fiesch cable car, the bar is very cool and the breakfast included is sufficient.

The breakfast selection at this hotel is fantastic. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the restaurant area. This part of the hotel has definitely been modernised a lot more recently than the rooms but we also liked the old fashioned touches like the phone in the corridor.

It's old and tired. Not a very clean room, bath dirty, glasses covered in toothpaste dribble, come on, in these times of covid, it's not acceptable. We ate at the restaurant. The grill smokes terribly, we had to open fire escapes to breathe, clothes stunk afterwards, extremely long wait to eat despite few other diners. Avoid it.

Despite the nice bar and eating area, the rooms are worn. Despite Covid-19 the personel did not care, whether or not guests used face-mask and did not use face-mask themselves. In all other places in Fiesch, that we saw (restaurants, shops etc.), everybody used face-masks. From the restaurant on our first evening, we ordered 4 steaks medium done. We got 2 very rare and 2 very well done. The fries was homemade, but way too soft. The waiter was very polite though and also gave a discount as an apology. Next morning, we entered the eating area. We ate the stuff that was sealed and produced elsewhere (milk, yoghurt etc.). There where flies all over the cheese and meat on that was meant for the bread. After breakfast we sat outside the bar for 10 minutes before leaving for a day trip, and all other tables was free. Then a grumpy old man came out from the bar and told us to buy something if we wanted to sit at the tables, and he didn’t care that we were guests at this hotel. Did not buy more food or brews at this place for the rest of our stay (so that was an expensive move for that guy). The old man could have delivered his message in a must more polite manner.

The central location in town + nice bar. At your visit the parking was easy right next to the hotel.

The rooms are completely outdated, most of the things were broken inside, the shower was broken, the plugs were broken, cables from the TV were hanging with a very old plug. The fridge from the minibar was not plugged. From the breakfast, the bread was not fresh nor the croissant. You can see that they have renovated the restaurant but all the rest of the hotel is completely old. They even kept the Christmas tree in the lobby.... I would not recommend it, sorry

The only positive part is the location if you want to visit the surroundings and take the cable car. The hotel staff is friendly but it does not compensate for the rooms which are really due for renovation. There is free parking on site
