The room's window opened directly on the neighbors house (not a great view). The church rang from 7am for quite some time, but also on different quarters. We're used to some church bells at some exact hours but it's usually much shorter, this was something else! (Not a very big deal in the big picture, but worth mentioning)

Easy self check-in. It was also nice to have a free and locked parking lot.

Would have liked a kettle in the room, so we could just make ourselves a cup of tea or coffee.

Beautifully decorated, quiet, comfortable room. Staff very pleasant. Super shower and bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean. Very good breakfast, plenty of choice. Location was excellent, easy to find, right in the village, supermarket and cafe a few metres away, lake just a very short walk away. Underground carpark was a real bonus, safe and secure with easy access to the hotel.

Two months before my stay, there was a problem with the inquiry response message, and in the end, even during self-check-in, I couldn't find one of the three rooms. Even though the hotel said they would upgrade two rooms for three people to a double room for free, I ended up having to pay a higher price.

During breakfast it was clear what the disadvantages are of having so little staff around. Eggs and bacon weren't ready, the milk in my latte macchiato tasted strange and smalls were old. And a tip that I could give to several hotels and also here: I understand hotel staff likes to prepare the rooms for the next guests early. But if you start vacuuming at 6.30 AM, you will wake up other guests.

Internet was weak at last room which was allocated for me, neet to improve.

A very good place which offer a peace of mind. Auto check in/out work perfect. Breakfast was simple but fulfilled the nutrition needed.

We booked a room with lake view. The lake view was a little smaller than expected, but the view from the room and the room itself was quite nice.

The spa area was small but both steam room and sauna worked very well. Very friendly staff, nice breakfast buffet. Very well designed and super easy self-service check-in

Booking.com mistakenly booked only 1 adult per room instead of two. Took several back and forth calls to have it corrected. Clothes hanger bar was broken and on closet floor.

The the pillows were very uncomfortable unlike the bed, which was comfortable.

The hotel was comfortable and the restaurant was very good. The parking garage could be reached very easily and was a safe place to park your car. The online check in/out was quick and easy. The view on the lake was very beautiful.

I cannot say that the air conditioning was very great. There were not enough bathroom items.

Nostalgic and absolute relaxation. Everywhere was clean and there was no trace of dirt in any corner. The parking lot led to the hotel. The restaurant staff were polite and respectful. The hotel has an old and mysterious story that makes you feel as if you have stepped into an old movie.

The TV hadn't been set up so there were no channels and it wouldn't let me search for them. Luckily I found a work around to stream to the TV.

The restaurant at this hotel is fantastic! We had great service despite them being slightly short staffed and the food was superb. The hotel rooms were simple but clean and beautiful to stay in. very close to the lake too

The sofa bed is quite old and not really comfortable for sleeping, for 1 night okay.

Great location for stop-over to Italy. Room is spacious and clean. Underground parking for the car.

Church bell are very loud every 15 mints i guess :( that strange as this hotel is right next to Church. They had provide us child bed but was not very comfortable as it's design for 2 people only. There is no AC and temperature was 35 Degree which is not comfortable.

Very nice and helpful staff thank you for that, Location is very close to an amazing mountain area which is good for hiking. 10 mints walk from train station which is also not bad.
