Althought we had to leave early in the morning before breakfast, they left package of cold breakfast bag in front of our door. That was very nice surprise which we appreciated! Hotel style was pretty vintage, but service 10/10, nice view with a lake and mountains.

If the towels were changed on a daily basis, it would have been really good.

The location was very near by to the public transport. Breakfast was served with full of variety. The room was spacious and the staff of the hotel was very friendly

Our room needed some renovation, e.g. bathroom linoleoum floor.

Friendly staff. Good location, 5min walk from lake. Beautiful lake view from dining area. We had mountain view room, which was very quiet side, compared to lake view overlooking busy street and railway line.

Mirror is available only in washroom so it is difficult for my wife to get ready. There is no ventilation facilities in the washroom, which is not good.

Hotel Kreuz is looks very old but maintain very well. Me and my family like the room and view. Room is very old style but all the things maintained very well. Breakfast is awesome. Me and my family really enjoyed the breakfast. We are vegetarian but there are many options available for us. And the view of lake and mountains from the dining area is mind blowing.

No cooling in the connecting room in summer. Could not sleep one night properly because it was hot in the room. Too many spider webs and flying insects if we open the door for air. No toaster for bread for breakfast. When asked they could not provide extra fan as there were 2 rooms but gave only 1 fan.Its fully booked hotel I am sure they can afford more fans.no mirror in the room apart from old one in a bathroom. So was struggling while getting ready if bathroom is occupied because didn’t know how you look like dressed up for going out. Just loved the view from the room .

The rooms and decor could use an update.

The staff was excellent and helped us and accommodated a ch he to a room with a magnificent lake view. The breakfast was very good. The location was good with a beautiful view of lake Thun and was an easy drive to all our visit locations.

A charming hotel by the lake. Hotel staff were really friendly and nice. Food at the restaurant was really tasty and we went there two days in a row. The lake view from the restaurant was fantastic and really relaxing.

The fan in the bathroom did not work. The shower head is also very low which is a problem for tall guests like my husband. The bed is too short (at least 220cm would be better for tall men). The bathroom needs some renovation work- it’s very old and outdated with many signs of wear.

The Breakfast was very good with regional food and fruits. The view at the Breakfast Restaurant was also spectacular overlooking Thunersee. Staff were very good, friendly and flexible. They have very big parking lot for guests across the hotel which is really convenient. Location-wise it is very close to Interlaken and there is a small beach bar by the lake which is really great to have a picnic/swim in the Thunersee.

Room decoration and facilities are very old and outdated which I didn’t expect from the pictures.

I didn't like the shower curtains as the water was often flowing out of the shower-well. The bathroom taps weren't labeled.

The mountain and lake views from balcony of the room and the location were great. Also, the restaurant was well located.

The breakfast has very little options for vegetarian. The bread was too hard to eat. The beds in the room were not comfortable, they were cot like beds which is not great for the hotel of this stature and price. The room on the 3rd floor didn't had lift access and no staff came to help with the luggage to take up.

The location is great, we arrived by car and the parking was provided. We got the mountain view room which is picturesque. On the other side the lake view is great. Good and comfortable rooms.
