Hotel a very pleasant surprise. Small, quiet privately owned hotel and we had a lovely view from balcony room. Even discovered a guest washing machine to use. Good choice of continental breakfast options. Heidi at front desk particularly charming and helpful and Guido shuttle driver very friendly. Enjoyed our 3 days touring in Wengen and surrounding Alp walks.

It was hard to go up the hills where the hotel was located.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Jungfraublick in Wengen, and it exceeded all my expectations. Nestled in the heart of the Swiss Alps, this hotel offers some of the most breathtaking mountain views I have ever seen. Each morning, I woke up to the sight of snow-capped peaks and lush green valleys, which was simply magical.The rooms are exceptionally comfortable, with plush beds that provided a perfect night's sleep after a day of exploring. It was located close to the train station and gondola. The staff was friendly and always eager to help, ensuring that our stay was nothing short of perfect.

The shower head in the bathroom needs changing to a new model. The current one is no good. Maybe some scrambled eggs for breakfast would be a good addition.

Andy at the front desk was warm and so helpful all during our stay. We had a wonderful room that faced the beautiful Lauterbrunnen valley and the mountains (our favorite view out of any place we've traveled). The breakfasts were just superb. Still dreaming about the breads! Can't say enough good things.

The hotel, location, the staff, our room...everything was amazing. We actually didn't want to leave. Our stay was very comfortable, pleasant and we really had no complaints. This hotel would be our pick when we return to Wengen!

Wi-fi in the evening "shaky"- hanging up time to time, but that did not impact very good impression of hotel. Also may be a little bit more variety in hotel restaurant menu for dinner options would be nice, but that was not definately why we chose to stay here - views were indescribable/amazing.

Excellent location and amazing view, good breakfast, availability of coffee machine in hotel lobby, clean rooms, nice staff. Available transport to and from station if needed.

I like the lady who worked in night shift I don’t not like the bald man you will definitely feel uncomfortable talking to him he was rude attitude in answering questions

I like the location and the experience it is most once a life you try it, car not allowed to enter but fine you can park your car on the nearest station it cost me for 20 hours 18£ The atmosphere there and everything is wonderful.

being a hiker/skier destination, it would be helpful if breakfast started at 7:00 so we can get going. (Currently starts at 7:30). Rooms are basic, but have everything you need. Refrigerator would have been very helpful. But I’m told they are adding them to all the rooms. Yes it’s a hike up the hill. But worth it!

The location is at the top of a hill in Wengen. The views of the alps is amazing from here. Especially at sunset:). It’s about a 7 minute walk up, moderately strenuous at the very end. But you can walk to shops, restaurants, hikes and the train station easily. The staff-especially the GM, front desk manager and kitchen staff were very helpful, caring and kind. I would absolutely come back here again.

I am not sure there is value for money in this area. For me it was worth it

The location is too beautiful for words. The hotel is a little dated but everything works and is clean. Tea and coffee facilities in lounge. Games and a pool table available with no charge. Breakfast was lovely and staff were always friendly and efficient.

The location is fantastic. Views are spectacular. It’s in a serene location and very picturesque. Staff is extremely courteous and helpful. We were upgraded to a room with mountain view Food is good and the soup of the day is a must try. There is a round the clock tea coffee machine at reception and the Swiss breakfast is good and a dinner on the restaurant “The Deck” is highly recommended. Special thanks to Daniel and the entire staff for making our stay memorable
