It was older and there were a few things that needed fixing. Also terrible pillows and only 1 per person.

Amazing view. Room was large and comfortable. Staff was very nice. Good restaurant on site and breakfast.

Need more sockets! I had to remove the lamp to be able to charge my phone, which didn't help because the light in the room was already too weak. A fridge would be nice also.

Good location, great view, spacious room. I like that there is a traditional clock radio on the bedside table, but the clock is not functional, only the radio is and it has 5 stations.

I enjoyed my stay at the Jungfrau Hotel and had a lovely view of the mountains from my single room. I enjoyed the breakfasts and especially the freshly cooked eggs each morning and the delicious seedy breads, cheeses and fruit. The atmosphere of the hotel was homey and welcoming and the location perfect. I utilized the wonderful nearby Murren Alpine Sport Center with the Visitor's Guest card and their outdoor and indoor jacuzzis.

The hotel decor seemed a little tired, ,e.g. the color of the carpet and some furniture in our room seemed rather old as the fabric was torn.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. It had all the essentials. Waking up to a view of the mountains in the morning was a special treat.

The shower itself. Bath curtain is used because of the space I think, but it is super inconvenient and water got everywhere even though I tried to wrap it and was accurate. Think it won't be very convenient for more than night or two.

Hotel is very conveniently located. Close to the center, shops, grocery and to all main lifts. Very nice helpful staff, tasty breakfast (both hot dishes and cold cuts), great view from the window. Good value for money for the one night stay. Room: very comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower.

Front row sears as it were looking out onto Eiger, Jungfrau and Monch. Balcony was exceptional. Little bit away from the station and main street so a more pleasant quieter location

The room was a little warm at times. Also, the wifi was not the greatest. Other than those things, everything was great! Highly recommend!

The hotel was in the middle of Murren which was a great location. It's about a 10 minute walk to the train station. Walking to the hotel from the train station is uphill a little but nothing bad. It's a few minutes from the Allmendhubel funicular. In fact, the view from my window faced the funicular so it was fun being able to see it go up and down from my room. Breakfast was fantastic. It was a great spread of good food. The bed was huge and comfortable. It was a great stay and look forward to coming back!

Some of the windows could have been cleaned better.

We had a wonderful stay and our kids loved it. The hotel is at a very convenient distance from the Mürren train station and easily accessible on foot. Great breakfast and beautiful views from the apartment. Easy access to gorgeous mountain trails. It’s very calm and out of the way of any noise. Clean and comfortable.

It’s bit dated, the carpet on the corridor smelled strange, and the bedding was not really comfortable.. The room is small but mostly has what is needed.

The hotel is located in the centre of the village few mins walk to everything. The breakfast buffet was quite rich and on site restaurant is convenient (even if nothing special)

The first room we got had a bad smoking smell. But the front desk / staff was very helpful. They changed our room right away and gave us one with better view and no smoke smell

Facilities were great but would be even better with a simple "how to" cheat sheet for the apartment, e.g. dishwasher, oven, stove, washer/dryer, etc, symbol translations or "for best results use settings x,y,z". A couple of light bulbs were out. Otherwise we had a lovely stay.

Well stocked, spacious, and a breathtaking view. Easy access to Murren and connecting transportation. Very friendly hotel staff. Pool access via nearby community center.

My only issue was that the people staying above me were quite loud. I'd love for the hotel to institute a quiet policy after 9m or 10pm.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Young kids who work in the restaurant work hard and are eager to please. It's a great location with wonderful views from the balcony. Breakfast isn't quite up to German standards LOL, but it's good. Restaurant food was good. I very much enjoyed my stay here. Murren is one of the most beautiful places on earth.

It’s a bit in the middle of Murren. So if you have luggage you need to walk from the nearest stations. But otherwise this location is actually great to check out murren itself. Staff could be a little more knowledgable on Swiss pass and BernerOberland pass and how to get tickets to Jungfrau for cheap etc.

Location was fabulous. Both from the rooms balcony and windows, the majestic alps are in your face. The room was also nice and cozy and big enough for 2 folks (although I was alone)
