Just maybe the fact that the hotel is surrounded by many houses, there's no open view.

Hotel manager was very friendly and helpful. The waitress at the restaurant took the wrong order but the manager made sure that the order got rectified and that the correct dishes were served rapidly. Thank you for that! Food was excellent. Rooms were very clean. We had a pleasant stay.

Air conditioning would be great and light weight bedding for the summer.

Charming property in a small village. It was a bonus to have a great restaurant on site. Ample parking and a spacious room. Breakfast was lovely.

Beds were a bit on the soft side. No refrigerator in the room. Restaurant was undergoing maintenance, so we had to drive a bit to find somewhere to eat. We had been warned beforehand, but not before booking. No biggies...

The rooms were large and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Parking spaces right in front of the hotel. Breakfast was quite good.

The only thing I could fault was the slightly unusual coffee machine at breakfast, it seemed to me that most guests had problems with it. Otherwise a good breakfast buffet

Excellent location next to the station and 200m from supermarket and bus stop. Friendly staff, comfy bed and a good breakfast. Good value, I took a single room for one night to do a bit of cross-country-skiing.

Wifi did not work in the room as the signal was too weak. The breakfast was very average, the meat selection was cheap, no parma ham for eg. The cheese was also quite basic. Only boiled eggs. no proper fresh fruit as the apples were old and soft. Some more options like avocado, cherry tomato's or olives would have been nice. But was ok for Swiss.

The beds are extremely hard! Mattress are very hard and probably from a long time no replaced . But perhaps for the Swiss guests, they prefer this.

Great staff and town! Breakfast was pretty simple, but not many choices and Coffee quality was not as good as one would expect in a hotel. Service was nice.

Nothing bothered me. Just note that the reception opens at 0800, so if you want an early start, organise it the evening before.

Nothing ........No tea or coffee facilities available in our room and no fridge.

We enjoyed our stay at the Swiss Lodge Joopi, we found the staff very friendly and welcoming, we never had an evening meal in their restaurant as we had eaten before we arrived however looking at the amount of people in the restaurant and the lovely smells coming from the dining room one could imagine the food being good. The young waiter was very helpful during our stay and we would like to pass on our thanks. There was Free parking facilities at the hotel which was 1st come 1st served bases and cannot be pre booked. The hotel is off the main road tucked away down a little stream close to the al train line which we never heard.

There was no one on reception when we arrived, during our stay and as we left (key on the desk), and we never met anyone in the hotel except the breakfast waitress. The restaurant and bar were closed for the duration of the stay - Monday and Tuesday (no explanation), and there are no other options in the village. We were not told about this and the purpose of our stay was a stopover and a meal. Quite expensive for a room with no facilities.

The village is lovely and the hotel itself is a fantastic building. Breakfast was nice and well catered. Rooms are clean and have a nice balcony.
