Nice communal spaces but no kitchen facilities, not even a kettle. Check in via a machine outside so make sure your phone is charged as there are no staff on site. No problems encountered though.

There was no one there!! Self-checkin so no employees and in the whole huge hostel only one other person. I had the whole huge dorm (dont remember was it for 12 or 16 people) to myself. Felt like a haunted house.

Had some issue accessing as hadn’t been supplied with a code to get the key but was soon remedied by a phone call. Did not seem to be any kitchen for guests to use. Room was a bit hot even though it’s only May and we were only 2 in a 4 bed room.

Room was basic but clean and bright. Excellent showers. Lock up in the back lane for 2 wheel conveyances. Convenient location near the old town which was well worth seeing.Nice view from the room (at the back).

I didn't enjoy the shower. There are one bathroom for girls to take shower in or use the toilet (couple cabins of each). It was quite cold inside the bathroom and when you're taking shower water isn't instantly warm, you need probably 5-10 minutes to warm it to comfortable temperature. The shower itself is also quite weird: you push the button and you have limited time while water is running and then it stops and you have to push it again.

It was very convenient to have all room by ourselves. Check in was very easy: we just got the card from our room from lockbox and left it in another box next day. Haven't even seen people working inside. Easy to find, quiet neighborhood.

The shower was difficult to use. You have to press the valve every two minutes to get water out, and the water never gets warm enough for me to take a shower in the winter. Also, the mattress is not flat, I felt like laying down on a conveyer belt.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was an easy self service process, and the staff explained everything clearly ahead of time. The location was convenient, close to the train station, and has many food options around that open late. The area felt safe to walk in the night. Overall, this is a nice place for people looking for a night to stay before they catch the Glacier or Bernina express.

There is no kitchen or cooking facilities and little atmosphere of a hostel. While the rooms are comfortable they are suitable only for a brief stay. The price was high considering the facilities

It would be nice to have small kitchen korner with Kettle and some items for preparing sandwich. Also for such a big room would be great to have some lamps near bed.

I stay in 18 person room, but we were only 4 person's there, so it was definitely comfortable. I don't know how it is in a high season. Beds comfortable, clean bathrooms, sockets near bad.

The provide room did not have A/C however they did provide a fan. The central shared areas did have A/C so you had to leave the door open to cool down the room or open the window for ventilation.

We booked the single room for 4. Room and general facilities were very clean. Shared bathroom and shower facilities were very clean. Location was very good; old town within walking distance.
