You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Clean, nice room on third floor. We were not disturbed by the club on the bottomfloor that some guests mentioned. Walking distance from the railway station. Restaurants nearby, and close to the Bergbahnen (tram up the mountain).

The room was clean and comfortable. Having read the reviews I was worried about the noise and vibration but this wasnt anywhere near as bad as expected. Great for the price

United KingdomHad some issue accessing as hadn’t been supplied with a code to get the key but was soon remedied by a phone call. Did not seem to be any kitchen for guests to use. Room was a bit hot even though it’s only May and we were only 2 in a 4 bed room.
Room was basic but clean and bright. Excellent showers. Lock up in the back lane for 2 wheel conveyances. Convenient location near the old town which was well worth seeing.Nice view from the room (at the back).

SerbiaI didn't enjoy the shower. There are one bathroom for girls to take shower in or use the toilet (couple cabins of each). It was quite cold inside the bathroom and when you're taking shower water isn't instantly warm, you need probably 5-10 minutes to warm it to comfortable temperature. The shower itself is also quite weird: you push the button and you have limited time while water is running and then it stops and you have to push it again.
It was very convenient to have all room by ourselves. Check in was very easy: we just got the card from our room from lockbox and left it in another box next day. Haven't even seen people working inside. Easy to find, quiet neighborhood.
