We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Garni Jägerhof during my visit to Saas-Fee. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warmth of the staff and the overall ambiance of the hotel. Considering the exceptional service, amenities, and location, I believe Hotel Garni Jägerhof offers excellent value for the price paid. I would gladly return for another stay in the future. Overall, my experience was nothing short of fantastic. From the welcoming atmosphere to the top-notch service, every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. I look forward to returning and experiencing the hospitality.

The views from the terraces were spectacular. The beds very comfortable. The breakfast quality and selection was great. And the toy room for children was a great added bonus. Hugely attentive family staff - from collecting us from the town car park, through to skiing advice etc. One of the last few family run hotels in Saas Fee and brilliant for it. So friendly, thank you. Ski in ski out was really useful, and very close walk to town centre yet dead quiet.
