Self check-in was a little different in that the key box was behind a flat panel. Admittedly there was a large red sign on the panel and a phone call to the owner quickly sorted me out.

Room do not have any plates or coffee/tea for a quick fix. It's very small room and makes it a little difficult to move around.

Location was very good.Room was clean particularly with everything in white. Beds were comfy too.

All of the transportation options into the mountains leave from Interlaken Ost so it is a bit of a challenge to get there especially if shuttle train is not running…buses are available and Thomas gave us a complimentary local travel pass… but that is a very small issue

Nothing we “didn’t like” other than 3 observations / suggestions that would have added further to our comfort & maybe worthy of consideration for future guests: ** We really would have welcomed a folding luggage rack (similar to those provided in hotels) for each for our cases, so as to avoid always having to bend down to work out of our cases on the floor. It does make so much difference indeed if one can put one’s case up off the ground. ** A dish-rack would have been useful, as the sink space is quite limited & trying to stack washed dishes is a quite hard, even more so when the stove has been used & the ‘hob’ space to the right of the sink, is unable to be used owing to the hot surface. ** A retractable clothes line in the shower area would also have been useful.

Wonderful apartment in all respects (Double Room with Kitchenette on the Ground Floor) – great location to shops, restaurants & sight-seeing– easily located address, just 350m / 5 minutes walk from Interlaken West Railway Station & a large Migros Supermarket. The single room apartment was quiet, spotlessly clean, comfortable, spacious, well-lit & accommodated a double-bed, wardrobe, 1 ‘arm-chair’, good-sized dining-table & 2 chairs, kitchenette well-stocked with cutlery, crockery, cookware & utensils, pleasing decor, modern bathroom, very comfortable bed, excellent wifi. Useful ‘house-keeping’ directions & simple, ‘hastle-free’ self check-in procedure. Communication with Thomas & Bettina was always prompt, helpful & friendly. We were provided with the city transport tickets which allowed ‘free’ transport on trams, buses etc. throughout the city – a big saving. On our booking.com reservation confirmation advised…”You will be charged a pre-payment of the total price in the 7 days before arrival.” however Thomas collected our payment on check-out. Our apartment certainly enhanced our (sadly) all too short stay in Interlaken. Highly recommended ‘Apartments Interlaken’ & we will certainly endeavour to secure this accommodation again should we return in the future.

The school/playground across the road got noisy some afternoons but it didn't really bother us, otherwise it was a quiet neighbourhood. An oven would have been an advantage as we self-catered but we made do with a hob/microwave and the bbq.

Extremely friendly, efficient reception, thank you Bettina and Thomas! The apartment was quite basic and compact but had everything we needed for a week's stay; brilliant location a few minutes walk from train station, large supermarket and cafes etc.

We booked the cheapest room without a kitchen but if there was a shared microwave available it would have been great :)

The apartment was clean and close to Interlaken West station allowing easy access to all the tourist sites. The room was well equipped and the toilet had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The host arranged self-check in at our request and also allowed us to store the luggage for a few hours after check out. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and we will definitely stay here again when we visit Switzerland again.

Here is located close to the Interlaken West station, just 3-min walk. My room was clean, well-equipped with all necessities I need. I got here in late night and left early , check-in/out process here was super creative and easy; service was amazing!

We got the roof apartment. The infrastructure is such we banged our heads while waking up in bed and going to kitchen.

We picked a room on the top floor so we had to lug our large luggages up the stairs. We expected that but just something to note. I'd say maybe the bathroom itself was slightly dark, shower curtain being ridiculously long, and not a lot of space to put things. It would be nice to have some more spare tissue in the apartment just in terms for convenience, we had to pick up some more at the supermarket for a few nights stay. Maybe some blinds on the window in the bedroom would be good to block out some light in the morning.

The location was actually pretty great, a short walk to the west station, a large Migros supermarket, and some shops and restaurants nearby. We stayed a few nights and were able to reach Grindelwald, Bern, Lauterbrunnen and Mürren fairly easily by train. Instructions was clear so it was very easy to get keys to our room. The room itself was very spacious, clean and comfortable, fairly cozy feeling. It was well equipped overall, things you'd expect as standard in an apartment with a kitchen. I quite liked the strong water pressure in the shower, despite the bathroom looking slightly dated.

The location is very near interlaken west train station. Just 5 minutes walk. The room is spacious and cozy. Complete kitchen utilities for us to prepare our food. This is our second time here.

When checkout, I can not connect the house owner, although I have told it that my departure time one day before. The even worse is that till now I have not got any communication about check out. This feeling is very bad.

The Staff was really really unresponsive. Travelling needs a lot of preparation and i tried to reach the Staff many times, through every existing channel but nothing. I was confused about many points i had no one to answer my questions. i was a the Door of the appartement and still i had no idea what to do to. Fortunately, A nice lady was at the reception and i checked in easily, even earlier than the regular check-in, which we appreciated. But overall, the Team really really needs to work on customer service and responding customers.

The location is really perfect, near the Interlaken west station and Migros, also close to the bus station. The appartement itself is spacious and clean, with a lovely view outside. You quickly feel at home

The room was a little bit smaller than expected but we managed and liked it anyway.

We booked the room without kitchen. Although it is pretty small, it has everything we needed (fridge and kettle) as we didn't plan on cooking anyway. The room was very clean and the beds comfortable. We were a bit confused with the check-in as the instructions left on booking.com suggested that a message had been sent to me with a code to get in. We made our way to the apartment with the hope of meeting someone on site but then realized that the "sent message" was in fact a note on the door with my name on it with all the information I needed to get in. So all was great after all. The location is good. In a quiet neighborhood but walking distance to the center for restaurants, bars and shopping. It is approximately 10 minutes away from the train station (Interlaken West). The hosts were very friendly and helpful.
