There was no AC (cooling) in the room. In the night it was manageable as it was beginning autumn season. Might be difficult if anyone stays during summer season. Moreover, restaurants working hours are at their convenience and not for customers convenience.

From the train station to River Village, no transport is available, and even while going back to the station, we need to walk.

River Village has own restaurant and has amazing food. We did not have lunch and dinner on any other places since we liked their food. Traveling whole day we did not have food to any other places because we wanted to have food only on Indian Village.

No air conditioning. Poor soundproofing. You cant sleep because you can hear everything and the women's toilet door slams so loud.

The room could be a bit damp (maybe because we arrived in a rainy day), and in order to cover the damp smell, the cleaning staff plug in some air refresher, which I really dislike.

The size of the room was smaller than anticipated. The room had only one charging port which created issues after daylong travel. Also the only charging port is right beside the sink, for which electronic devices stay at risk once the sink is being used. The bathrooms were shared, but shared with so many people. Its basically only one toilet and one shower for men and similar for women, for men and women from so many rooms. It creates a long queue in the morning.

The location is a 15 minutes walk from the Interlaken OST and barely 5 minutes from Harder Kulm. The receptionist was very informative. The bed was comfortable. They quickly responded to one of my issues and solved it. The place was clean.

Location is quite inconvenient, although it is near the train station by distance but there is no direct access, have to walk to the bridge, cross it and then backtrack to the motel. Also does not have a private toilet, have to share with other guests

Room is very clean, place is quiet and near the river, place is also very near Harder Klum. Also has a very good Indian Restaurant!

Very small rooms. Shared washroom for 8 rooms. Price is too much, but I think Interlaken is costly. Better to try for rooms in Bern or other nearby places as train connectivity is very good in switzerland

The shared toilet shower facilities one male one female toilet and shower for 10 rooms. The shower stall very cramped when getting in and out. The price was high for a small room.no breakfast and no ensuite. Sink has no plug in room so you waste water.

The location next to the Aare river is beautiful. Easy to walk to town from there. Beautiful scenery. The area was quiet.

I just felt rooms are bit small compared to other premium rooms I have stayed in other parts of world. The rooms are comfortable but the amount was bit expensive for two nights.

I came from Germany with my family for a leisurely trip and really we find it here. We travelled with one year old baby and was skeptical about the cleanliness until we reached there. But was very happy to see the cleanliness. Indian Food was the most favourite part for the whole family during our two days stay. The family who runs the hotel were very Friendly people. They gave their valuable time explaining us for finding nearby iternary with the baby friendly travel. We selected the premium room with riverside view and was awesome place to watch the mesmerising Alps and water with the vast sky open. If we ever go again to Interlaken Ost will prefer to stay here at the River Village. I am proud to be an Indian and finding people of own country in foreign land giving great hospitality was amazing experience as a whole.

There is nothing but I think they have to do some changes in the hotel plan like they should give breakfast and slippers that’s it overall everything is great 👍😊
