Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

SwitzerlandThe bathroom from the lobby smelled bad and had not soap. The breakfast could improve, the dinner was perfect and is not comparable with the breakfast that can improve in quality.
The personal is really kind, everyone greetings you when you are around and care that you are comfortable. The room was clean and comfy. The dinner of 4 plates is totally worthy very delicious and incredibly service. The wellness was great!

Phone didn’t work - reported it but nothing fixed Bathed heated towel rail was cold so no towels dried. Reported it but nothing done. Spa - outside hot tub wasn’t hot Camp bed provided for my son wasn’t comfortable

PhilippinesFood at Chesa was horrifically bad, fish and chips that didn’t remotely resemble any variant of the dish that I have ever seen. Server saw that I asked for bill after a few bites, made no effort to remedy. Internet hard to get onto.

SwitzerlandSome things are minor, but compared to other 5* and the price we paid i expect it to be perfect: -too high price even only w/breakfast -We didn't feel special. We were just another guest. All rooms are booked, but too less personal. E.g.: -Booked delux for 3 people: no add. bed inside. We had to ask 3x for it !!! -porridge and egg order: very long waiting...rather old, dry porridge,10min old.. or glibbery eggs -coffee machine broke...it was way to complicated to handle-》personel had then bring each coffee to table...waited >5min for somebody....had to watch out for service person. Is this 5*??no!! -In room our coffee machine broke, too...ok, might happen. -nobody from reception told and later explained ski basement locker. I had to go down and up and ask again how it works -no welcome drinks offered at first from reception. Later it was offered by bar service, -no explanation about "jause" in the afternoon -coffee always offered there with no milk in the afternoon. Every day same cake -sylvester menu was ok... .but 150chf...and some migros bought cookies at the end.... -old elevator. Also just one elevator to ski and parking lot. No stairs...waiting times..... -asked for another bed cushion which was very uncomfortable. -》 no responses -and so on...e.g. never had pepper on the table or old scrambeld eggs.

SwitzerlandThe bad: The rooms on the second floor have a low ceiling, which makes using the shower a bit challenging if you are over 1.7m The ugly: Maybe because of the season start, the breakfast buffet was a bit limited. The service was inconistant and the only lonely waiter was pretty uninterested to engage.
We just spent the weekend at Seehof in an Executive Room. Setting: Booked 2 days before. We were looking to open the ski season at Davos and picked Seehof for it's proximity to the Parsenn Skilift and a decent deal pricewise on Booking.com. The good: Staff at reception, bar spa and restaurant Chesa were exceptionally friendly and helpful and had a genuine service attitude you seldom experience in this country. It appears that management allows their people to develop their individual twist to good service and how to connect with the guests, that makes for a fantastic atmosphere with great individuals, nor just “service drones”. We loved it. As the weather deteriorated, we decided for a Saturday evening at the spa and returned Sunday morning for the gym and massages. Both the facilities, the staff and the treatments were exceptional. Our room was very beautiful. A good mix of modern and traditional. Overall a great stay with a few things to tweak. We loved it will be back for another weekend in December!
