I have always really liked this hotel and spent a lot of time there in the past. This was my first visit in 10 years and it brought back lots of fond memories.

The hotel is currently renovating and as a consequence does not have airco. This is an interim issue and will be great in a month or so...

Perfectly located near the lake in the center of Nyon. Nice and quiet room, even thought the room was in the centre. very pleasant staff at the reception.

Air conditioning was not working across the whole hotel. There were no fans in the roms. There was also construction work going on to an adjoined cafe, wth hoarding and scaffolding up, and some noise from machinery on weekdays. We were not made aware of either of these issues in advance of our arrival. No kettle provided in room.

Friendly staff, very helpful. Excellent continental breakfast. We had a room overlooking the marina and the lake.

When the window is open, it is little bit loud because it is just on the main street with lots of traffic.

The location of this hotel is great, very convenient to walk around and to the tourists areas. The view from the window was extraordinary. The staff was very friendly.

The location of the hotel was perfect - right overlooking the lake yet within 15 minutes walk of the train station and only a few minutes from restaurants, cafes and shops. The room was large, clean and quiet and the bed very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We didn't have a kettle in our room which was unusual and we would have liked the option to make a drink in the room. Also our shower wasn't great as the head wouldn't stay up - we did let them know so hopefully this will be fixed.

Lovely spacious room with a large balcony. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location to explore Nyon and right on the lake for fantastic views. Breakfast was good with lots of options.

The booking.com mobile site shows a parking P logo at the hotel. But the hotel has no parking itself. You must pay for parking in the underground parking lot across the road. Something small but could be clearer upon booking. When you search further on booking.com it does say parking is available at a charge across the road but if you are doing a fast check out on the app this is not very clear.

All the staff were very helpful especially the ladies on reception. Hotel is very clean and in a great location right on the lake edge. There is a great new pub just around the corner. The breakfast has everything you need.

The temperature of the rooms was too warm. Due to they have central heating , you cannot regulate the temperature of each room. They have provided us a fan to solve it but in general terms the room temperature was too warm.

I loved the location and how clean was everything. Very quiet place in front of the lake and the staff was nice and kind.

I can only think of two minor issues: There were several spiders in our room. Might have just been the season for that, but I was surprised that the ever-present cleaning folks didn't catch them. Also we had a streetlight that shone in the room in the strip of the window that couldn't be covered by the curtains.

We had an amazing terrace off our room that looked out to the lake, marina and main promenade. A nice table and chairs were provided so we could entertain our family and friends on the large deck. The hotel has a very convenient location adjacent to the lake, close to all the restaurants, marinas, swimming areas, museums, chateau, etc. Rooms were good-sized and bathroom was well-appointed. It was an extremely relaxing end to our trip.
