Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

A friendly welcome and as much help as we needed to get settled in. Advertised ‘partial view of the Matterhorn’ from our room turned out to true (once the clouds had lifted!) Breakfasts excellent and in the end we also had two evening meals in the hotel. Near enough to the train station to mean we could walk (with cases).

United StatesThe only thing I did not like is the thickness of the pillows. The pillows would flatten almost completely in a couple of hours.
The location of the hotel is so convenient. It is less then 2 min walk from when you exit the train station. It is also only 2.5 min walk to the Gornagrat bahn. The hotel is well kepted and you can tell the hotel has really put alot of effort into it's furnishings. My suite had a 1.5 bath where there was a seperate half bathroom. The hotel staff had our room ready when we arrived. Including all of our requests. We also had a beautiful view of the Matterhorn from our patio.

United KingdomJust check ur invoices the night before We had some confusion because my brother name was Ali over a taxi that was assigned to us when we didn’t take a taxi. We arrived independently on bus and SBB train with cabin luggage. That was a shame really and there was one lovely French Swiss kind receptionist who took charge and even said it’s not them.
Nuna was very caring and she wanted us to be relaxed and happy. This is a slick operating hotel and I for sure will be back.

NetherlandsFirst nights we had a suite on the street side but as it is so central the street is quite noisy. As the rooms don't have airco, sleeping with the windows open means noise in the evening and early morning. The last night we had a suite on the back of the property with matterhorn views which was nice and quiet.
Modern and comfortable. Great beds and nice rooms. Very close to train station and gornergrad train station, and about 10 min walk from matterhorn lift. Nice swimming pool and small but ok gym. We had a family room and later a junior suite. The family room had a separate bedroom for the parents but size wise they were similar and we preferred the junior suite actually.
