The hotel does not respond to noise complaints. Hotel appears to rent out dining room for big, loud parties without considering other hotel guests trying to get to sleep with children late into the night. Reception doesn’t pick up to help

It was a short stay but of good quality. Professional staff. The reception was helpful, and the restaurant staff advised us for local dishes. The room had a wonderful view, and we could hear the silence of the mountains. We also tried the spa, and the view from the swimming pool was stunning. Sure to come back.

Highly recommend these hotel for staying close to St.Moritz. there are plenty of pros: from the helpful stuff to excellent breakfast, cleanliness, spa where we could relax completely and a magnificent view of snowing Alps!

Dated facilities. Staff are getting into their grooves still after takeover by new management. Breakfast selection on low end of quality scale for such an establishment. Fried eggs on display were cold and curdled. Jacuzzi without bubbles .

If you really want to experience the best, than this hotel is all worth it. It's luxury and staff so helpful and courteous. Food, bar, pool, spa all extremely amazing. It's really worth for it, you cannot miss. We stayed in the room with a mountains view and just breathtaking. Simply superb. I loved the pool, and one of the best massage I've had. I also loved the bar and it had some amazing single malts which I tried. Breakfast with amazing view outstanding. Connection with public transport was really near, so easy connection to transport to St. Moritz (its only 15min by bus).

The view is breathtaking, overlooking the mountains while sipping on hot coffe, such a great experience. The spa was my special treat which exceeded my expectations. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Nice and clean rooms. I definitely recommend this to go on your list of venues to visit.

Staff (anywhere - especially “Reception”) understands no German or English (4*)!!! Lobby/Bar: “Train station atmosphere”! Nowhere cozy to sit and enjoy; “mass tourism flair! Limited spa without previous notification —- SPA: “typical add-on”: not relaxing or cozy No “heart and soul”; staff seems very uninterested in job and guests!
