Noise from other apartments on the same floor, as the front door of the apartment has a huge gap below, everything can be heard what others are doing / speaking / laughing / yelling / or else, so you must be ready to have sleepless nights.

Elevator in building, close to the trum/bus station, shops and restaurants nearby, clean building, clean area in general, park across the street, peaceful neighbourhood, not that far from the center of the city.

The apartment was quite dated and a bit run down. It was impossible to keep the bathroom dry as the shower area was small and the shower curtain was flimsy. The television was very basic without choices of IP TV.

The location of the apartment was good, was close to some restaurants, super markets and convenience stores. Well equipped with adequate kitchen appliances, bedding and free laundry option. Barely 20 mins away from Zurich HB via public transport.

The coffee machine was not working. The bathroom should have a key so we can lock it from inside, bit of an issue with four people staying. One of the hobs was not working, though this one was not a big deal. The park can be noisy with the drinkers playing loud music until late in the night.

Comfortable beds, big rooms, really nice location, beautiful balcony. The kitchen had all the basics which was lovely because my parents love having tea. Very clean too. Also liked the park across the road. Was very hot in Zurich so really appreciated the pedestal fans in the rooms, life saver.

There was no air conditioning, only a fan. The parking was difficult, we didn't know what we had to do to park the car and we lost some time to solve the situation.

The location is quite ok, about 20 minutes walk from the train station. It's near many restaurants, not far from the city center. Talked a little with one of the staff on our leaving day, and she is very nice! Satisfied with the stay!

The property is above an Ethiopian restaurant and karaoke bar and they are very loud until midnight - even with the shutters down. They start again around 8am so not great if you want a lie in! Also the TV is very basic with no apps and only three English channels - all news ones.

The flat is about 15 minute walk from the main station and near tram and bus stops. There is also a supermarket fairly close by as well.

Nothing all was good..didn’t have fan first night but HT rental provided as soon as they got one next day so no issues..but maybe on some days without fan it could get a bit warm but my stay was comfortable and we slept well

The location is excellent, close to the center, clubs, main train station. The view of the apartment is also nice (towards a park), with enough space and facilities to make also a longer stay pleasant (we only stayed for 1 night)

I wasn’t sure about the neighborhood at first, but it turned out to be okay.

We were able to find it fairly easily from the train station and were able to check in early, which was great. The property seemed secure. The apartment was clean and we had everything we needed- probably more. We ended up not using the kitchen facilities (except for the coffee maker), but they were nice to have available. Other reviewers commented about the shower curtain, so we were prepared for that and were careful not to get water on the floor. We enjoyed sitting by the open windows. Bed was comfortable for us. Other reviewers commented on how basic/sparse the apartment was, but that wasn’t an issue for us. We thought it was fine.

It was okay, so no real complaints but very basic and a bit shabby. To be honest, this is what you get for this price in Zurich, because the city is incredibly expensive. But for half this price you get something with character and nicely fitted out in other places. This is not the host's fault because that's Zurich for you :) but don't expect charm or special touches (which is fine but for something like this I would expect to pay half the price). To be fair, we only stayed one night and half the price is the cleaning fee. So if you stay for a week, it is a much much better deal.

It is an acceptable apartment, but somewhat basic. We only stayed for one night, so for that it is fine. The best thing is the location (beautiful part of the city but also very close to the center) and also the layout (the two bedrooms are entirely separate). So it worked fine :)

The shower was small and with curtains instead of a vynil wall. The fact that there was just only hand shower, made it difficult to keep the floor from getting wet. I needed to work in drying the floor after my daughter took the shower. Very uncomfortable.
