Parking is too expensive 15 SFr, it is twice cheaper to park a car for night in the train station parking.

Perfect location just nearby the train station, room with kitchen which has everything for cooking

Lack of facility for cooking and lack of communication before check-in.

Perfect location just next to the train station for 15min to Bern. Bern airport is nextby. Room is clean and well organized. The area is safe and super calm at night and during the day.

Only improvement I'd like to see next time we stay there: the (coffee and food) machines in the reception are nice, but don't accept card or euro. If you arrive a bit late, that's a problem.

Very easy to check in and check out. Very clean and spacious room for us 3 (family with a 3y old). It's a 30min drive from Interlaken so we did everything in that region (Interlaken, Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen, Murren, etc.) from here. Lots of value for the money.

No iron available, and no body to talk to because the hotel operates a 12 hour reception service 24 hour check-in.

Not many restaurants around the hotel. Euro is not able to use bending machines at the hotel and no staff in the afternoon and evening.

The location is near station. Access is good! Using inter phone, we can contact with staff anytime. And they are helpful.

The wet room style shower made a lot of water all over the bathroom so we had to have very short showers and then mop up the water!

Really spacious apartment, the kids loved their bedroom. The takeaway pizza from next door we got as we were too tired to cook was a good price and delicious! Excellent location to get the train into Bern for the day.

Too early cleaning times (before 9.30am), and cleaning staff were unwilling to come back at a later time (as we wanted to enjoy a lie-in and make breakfast). The room didn't get cleaned later in the mornings / afternoons.

An excellent apartment hotel at a very good location for touring the Bernese Oberland region. The room (twin beds) was very spacious and had a very well equipped kitchenette. The staff was very helpful and friendly (we needed them for a fan, due to the heatwave, and received an almost immediate response). Very convenient underground carpark as well. Would definitely come back here!

Ventilation could have been better. Had to open windows, which made it a bit noisy. Kitchen didn't have an exhaust.

The room was extremly clean and convenient. Located just behing the train station, so connectivity is very easy and good. Kitchen was fully equiped and all other facilities were also great. A pleasant stay to sum up.
