Charming boutique hotel in Zürich close by to Hauptbahnhof for our train travels. Spacious sized rooms with beautiful views looking out onto the street and river. Rooms were clean and modern and the staff were very nice.

Just something minor but room key is attached to a large tassle which isn’t convenient for carrying around when out and about, and you need to take key with you as reception not available after 9pm.

Everything. Room was very clean and staff were lovely. Trams pass hotel but no noise as our room faced the river. We went in June and river fast flowing but windows provide excellent soundproofing when closed at night. Hot breakfast available, was part of our package but maybe a bit expensive @25chf for what was available. I have given score of 8 mainly due to cost of the accommodation but then it is Zurich and according to Google, the most expensive city in the world.

It was a little inconvenient that there was not anyone at the front desk after 7pm. We needed help calling for a taxi and it would have been nice to have someone there to help.

The decor was very cool and artsy. It was by then river and had nice restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The location was excellent. So convenient to walk to and from the main station. Also there are many tram stops nearby. The hotel was also opposite a huge coop store.

Lack of mirrors in the bedroom and the lounge. Only one in the bathroom and a long one in the corridor which had no plug socket next to them making it very awkward to dry hair.

You can hear quite a lot of noise outside your room and above so we were woken a few times in the night with banging doors and banging on the floor. Could have just been unlucky with that though.

Lovely hotel, nice clean and simple rooms for a short city break. Staff were very friendly and hotel in a good location. Also have access to a couple of social spaces which were nice and attached to a bar and restaurant. Didn’t use the restaurant but the bar was lovely.

The room isn't very spacious. The door to the bathroom was a sliding one which made it very noisy - if you get up during the night you will wake up the other person for sure. The bed itself was comfortable, but the pillows were very thin and soft.

Hotel's location was excellent, very close to the city center. The price was fairly good, compared to others in the area. The staff was very friendly, they accommodated my wish for a room facing the river.

The sliding doors on the bathroom. When travelling two people it's just not a vibe to not be able to close the door to the toilet.

The hotel is easy to get to from the station and is nicely located by a small river close to the old town and city centre. The building is attractive and our room was great with views towards the station and over the river. The room was a good size, nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. There was some noise from the trams until quite late at night but we slept well despite that. We also enjoyed the breakfast and would happily stay there again.
