For us this wasn’t a major deal, however AC options, while great that AC unit was provided, having to have windows open at night for the vent made it a little bit noisy ( trams , traffic, people etc) . Not terrible but if you’re used to zero noise at night then you will hear something - plus you’re right in the town so some noise is to be expected .

Location was fantastic - we walked with our cases from the train station (10mins) and it was close and walkable to most things in Zürich city centre. It also has a restaurant on site that looked great however we ended up eating elsewhere during our short stay I chose this hotel versus a regular chain for a more Zürich “local” experience and it delivered (architecture, smaller boutique hotel etc) The junior suite was very spacious and comfortable for the three of us The library area that offered guests an option of seating on a balcony by the river was great too

Room could use some updating and repairs. Air conditioner was not adequate. It was a portable unit that you had to empty the condensation out of every 30 minutes. Also not adequately vented.

Location is convenient to public transit. Large grocery store very close. Easy to get around to other areas.

Beautiful renovation of an old hotel. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Loved all the products in the bathroom! Staff especially Patrick very friendly and helpful. Zurich overall lovely but super expensive.

The room was a bit noisy due to the traffic and tram outside.

Lovely combination of a period building with contemporary art and design. Location was excellent, close to the main train station, and walking distance to sites, shops, and highlights of Zurich.

The room is clean. It is near a train station. There are lots of shops nearby. It is very convenient.

The location was perfect, everything was in walking distance. The Hästens beds were super comfortable and the food in the restaurant was very tasty. The staff was also very kind and helpful with everything. Cool art works everywhere.

Like everything in Switzerland, it’s expensive. Having said that, the rates were very reasonable for a boutique hotel experience relative to the rest of the city.

The property was incredibly unique and we loved the cozy, old-school vibes. The staff was kind and accommodating to us for our early arrival. The rooms were elegantly decorated and extremely comfortable.

The location of this hotel was perfect, close by the train station and easy to walk to the locations we wanted to visit. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the staff at the front desk were very helpful and went over and above to accommodate.

The public places where hotel guests could congregate were off limits because of private parties. Even the patio of the restaurant. We never could stay at the rooftop bar because there were private parties every night. It seems that the hotel and restaurant management were very separate and there was limited public space for hotel guests. Rooms are small with limited space.

Location was great not far from the train station. It had a good restaurant on the premises. We walked to many sites. Good transportation and restaurants nearby.

Very cute and comfortable boutique hotel in a great location. We were attending a concert at the stadium and they were very accommodating about an early check in.

The water in the shower get almost everywhere on the floor and there's no way to mop it. We only stayed for 1 night so we didn't make a big deal out of it but it was annoying.

The hotel is a short walk from the main train station so we were able to get there by foot. The room was clean, organized and the staff at the reception was very welcoming. The bed was comfortable, and we got a view to the river which was beautiful and also gave a sense of privacy because we could open the curtains without worrying someone was looking into our room. There's public transportation close by, a supermarket and a few restaurants.

Very noisy from the trams passing, can’t really have the windows open if you want to sleep. AC unit in room but requires opening the window to use.

Great location, easy walk or tram to everything. Good restaurant and bar. Large bathroom. Very nice staff.

Great decor, friendly staff, library with coffee facilities and a balcony facing the river. Located opposite an S-Bahn station (or walk to the main station is under 20 minutes). Also located near tram stops.

Lovely smart hotel with lovely outside morning coffee area overlooking river. Bar and restaurant looked amazing too but we didn't use them.
