We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandA very small thing but including some basics such as tea, coffee, etc for when you arrive would have been a nice touch. Also helpful to keep in mind the additional costs for linen (paid per person) and resort fee (6.50 CHF/person/day) which did add a bit to the overall cost (particularly for a longer stay).
Lovely modern apartment in a great location in town, easy walking distance from the train station and everything around the village. Check-in was easy, we were sent a helpful, personalised video in advance explaining everything for check-in as we were arriving after reception closed. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with towels, robes, etc and the beds were comfortable. The apartment and balcony also had a lovely view over one of the lakes. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay!

AustraliaGarbage bags were 2CHF each & we had to clean the house before check-out "broom clean", sorry & throw the rubbish & strip the linen off the bed, which I would expect to do in a serviced apartment & which isn't on booking.com. small tasks, but the cleaning will add 1-2 hours to your check out. The master bedroom had no WiFi signal which was annoying.
The apartment was perfectly sized. Really loved that there were 2 full bathrooms & a WC! The rooms were spacious & the heating worked great! We really loved the formal dining room & the lounge room. Super spacious for 3 people. Probably ideally suited to 4-5ppl. Sun room was great!

great location in arosa in a good apartment, well sized enough for 2 person. almost full lake and mountains view. bathroom was recently renewed and perfect. all kitchen appliances worked well, included dish washer.

Switzerlandthe apartment is well located in Arosa and is close to shops and restaurants. although it is central in town there is no car or traffic noise. the host is very accommodating for late arrivals and our keys were easy to find. the apartment is clean and well decorated. plenty of space with 2 rooms and 3 beds in each. the bathrooms and kitchen are modern with high quality appliances. we also had a nice balcony. could not fault anything.

SwitzerlandThe heaters are covered by wood hence the efficiency is very low. The room wasnt heated when we arrived and it took so long to get them warm that I went to sleep with 2 pullovers on the first night. The trick is to draw all curtains but leave the little holes on the heater cover free so the warmth can come through. From the second day it was not an issue anymore.
A very beautiful, clean apartment. The furnishing is new and modern. The atmosphere is amazing, you get a beautiful view and some squirrels jumping around. I love that both rooms had their own bathroom, as we are divorced and were on a holiday with our daughter we were able to spend time together in the living room and kitchen but also both parents had their privacy. Location is amazing, very close to the central of everything. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to families and couples and we will be back. It is amazuthat you get the Arosa card for free in the summer period (until end of October) so you can use the gondolas for free.
