You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Wonderful apartment with great view on the mountains! The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, there are two bathrooms, everything is very clean and the host is very responsive and helpful. We will certainly come back.

pick up and drop off was so nice to have. The property is nice, although difficult to walk down the steep ramp when icy/snowy. Ski room to store skis was also such a nice option. I recommend this place definitely.

United Statesi had an unfair surprise when the host demanded pay in cash while the property details clearly states pay with credit cards beds blankets and pillows aren't too comfortable
*very clean *amazing facilities has whatever you could dream of you dont have to bring anything with you (except for shampoo / soap) even has a small on site "grocery" for milk coffee capsules etc. *very nice and attending host *apartment #7 we stayed at has a very nice view

Francethe appartment we had (n°4) was in a semi-basement. We wake up every morning with the sound of the upstairs toilet flushing right behind our heads, and there is no possibility of opening the windows in the bedroom, in the kitchen and even in the bathroom, because they open onto a smelly closed well. This is not permissible for a standard flat and should be made clear on booking website. Knowing this I would have explicitly requested a higher floor.

SwitzerlandThe apartment was dirty with large amounts of dust which made my asthma quite severe. Considering the high cleaning cost of 90chf I would have expected this to be clean and not see large marks on glasses and layers of dust on things. The bed and sofa’s were very hard so weren’t particularly comfortable.
fairly well located and the self service shop in the property was great. The games room was good for providing evening entertainment.
