    The breakfast was average.

Beautiful place with location very accessible from the station. Staff was friendly and had the rooms prepared well in time. They give us early check-in. Small rooms but clean, with all facilities in place.

The top bunk bed in the family room did not have sufficient protection for a young child ( one who always moves a great deal when sleeping) who could easily, in my opinion, have fallen out of the quite high bed. Thus she had to share our bed....not an ideal solution.

Excellent breakfast, very good choices and very plentiful.

    • It wasn't very clean • Couldn't check In earlier than 15:30 • Limited breakfast options • For 1 night, 1 got 1 very small plastic bag having shampoo in it a size of 5ml • Arrived and no one was in the reception to put my luggage in the storage room.

The hotel was in the middle of Meiringen very close to the train station and supermarkets and restaurants. The staff is friendly and there was a room for supplies that could be used for storage room. There is a free breakfast from 7:30-10:00 with limited options. The room had tv, closet, fridge, kettle, mug, tea. There is an elevator and a room with washing machine and ironing tools that can be used for free.

Breakfast was enjoyable, good choice of food. Location within 100's of meters of public transport. Flexibility in room assignment. The Trattory Bel Pease, the in-house restaurant, serves great Italian dishes.

it was very hot and rainy, so you can't open the window.. and while AC is usually rare, a celling fan would have been a life saver. room was out dated. noisy bathroom fan, small and moldy shower curtain. some spider webs. and even a little cockroach was spotted.

super nice staff. good location. good breakfast. 2 free bottles of water were waiting for us in the room which was a nice touch. cattle and cups were also available

Our room gave on to the back dining terrace and the noise level was quite high sometimes late into the night . Try to book a room away from the terrace if you want peace

The staff was not very nice. In the breakfast we had a bread with fungus I asked them to change they said sorry we don’t have any more breads. I mean you’re running a hotel. Having enough bread is a basic thing.

    Rooms were clean and nice.

They have a weird thing going on with how they handle the tourist tax. Everywhere else this is simply part of the amount you have to pay, but in Hasli Lodge they handle it separately, ask at check-out if you paid for it (how would the guest know) and then have to check. This needs to be improved.

Stayed in a single room which was tiny and minimalistic, but clean. Perfectly fine for a night or two. I was lucky the neighbours weren't too noisy, this could be a downside if you're unlucky.

Breakfast left mixed emotions. On one hand you won't leave hungry, but on the other the choise is really limited. Still probably worth the price. One other thing, is that the bunk bed in a family room had a side lower than the mattress - it may not be entirely safe for smaller kids.

Surprisingly, beds (pillows, mattresses, ...) were super-comfy! The whole family slept really well. Rooms are really tiny - at least our family room with a bunk bed - but everything needed is there.

The location is very strategic. There are waterfalls and gorges nearby to visit. The village is not very big but nice for a rlaxing weekend. I went there with my partner during a bike trip over several days and this was our first night stop. The room had everything we needed. Breakfast included was quite good, not too much choice but enough to have a very good and nutrient meal before starting the day. The personnel was very nice and friendly. However they mostly talked Italian and some German. There was a room that we could use to store our bikes during the night, but it was not locked. Hence we needed a lock to secure the bikes.

The internet is not very usable. There are multiple networks but the connection is dodgy... The parking cannot be reserved, and is limited. However, you can park in the street (1 CHF per hour, but free between 8pm and 8am)

Nice breakfast area, with a table set for you. The room is basic but it's comfortable. It has a TV and big fride. The hotel has a nice restaurant with great Italian food.

not a complete negative but when we got downstairs for breakfast the scrambled eggs were cold and the bacon ran out. I’m sure they were going to top it up but after half hour it hadn’t been and we wanted to start our morning hike.

Seemed cleaning staff never gave us more than a 1/4 roll or toilet paper. We ran out every day. And the water sprayed all over the floor every time the toilet was flushed. But, minor inconveniences.

Staff were very helpful and kind, always with a smile. Family room for 4 was spacious and the beds were comfortable.

Very poor Wi-Fi connection în the rooms. Soundproofing could certainly use improvement. The "ski room" is unusable as a ski room.
