We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaWhilst it’s not overly modern it has a mountain charm that is pretty sweet.
The setting is simply beautiful. Our children loved the pool with its waterslide, the gorgeous village with its playgrounds and river, the easy access to explore the immediate area. They loved the loft also. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. This is a great place if you want a quiet village in summer where you can feel totally ensconced by surrounding mountains and fields.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. We chose this hotel because it was close to a festival we were attending. It was easy to find, and there was plenty of parking available. We loved the restaurant. The food was excellent.

When I arrived, there was no one in the room, but there was clothes on the floor, personal items in the bathroom, and a lot of mess and dirt from the people who were staying in that room at that time. Also, it smelled bad. It didn't leave a good impression, so I asked reception if I could switch to a private room. They said yes, I paid the difference, and everything went well. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good. Danke schön!

Easy to find and park. Lovely welcome by friendly, cheeky receptionist. Good sized room, very clean and tidy. We had a lovely view over the pool and the mountains. There is a river two minutes walk from the hotel door, so we had a lovely evening stroll. Really quiet location so we slept really well. Breakfast was good quality and tasty, the coffee was great which makes a change from that served at other hotels. We felt relaxed and comfortable at this hotel and would stay here again.
